Five Common Blocks In The Sacral Chakra Of Your Biz

In this episode,

I'm going to explore the second chakra of your business,

The sacral chakra,

The creation chakra,

The attraction chakra.

I love exploring this chakra in the business because it's such an important part of what we are doing in business.

In business,

We are creating.

That's what our business is about.

From the moment we have the first idea about our business,

We are creating.

This chakra is fully active in ourselves and then in our business as it moves into creating what it is.

So in a nutshell,

The sacral chakra is orange.

It is about creation.

It is about joy,

Play,

Spontaneity,

Fun,

Flow,

Attraction.

In a human,

It's about sexuality,

Sensuality.

So in a business,

It is that attraction energy.

It is what draws your clients to you or anyone associated with your business.

They are drawn to the business through the energy emitted from the business's sacral chakra.

So what I'm going to look at today are the five most common blocks that I see in the sacral chakra of a business.

Now these blocks are in no particular order.

It's just as they come to me.

Number one,

And actually from my intro,

You may have even thought,

Oh,

That's the case in my business.

Number one is that so many entrepreneurs take their business far too seriously.

There is no fun.

There is no play.

There is no laughter.

There is no spontaneity.

Business – the thought of business,

Just the energy of the word business actually conjures up this serious image.

It's like it's not a hobby anymore.

It's a business or maybe it never was a hobby.

But you feel the difference between the energy of a hobby,

Which feels light and fun and creative and the energy of a business,

Which feels heavy.

It feels like it's constrained in some way,

That it's got this weight attached to it.

And this can be part of the problem for the energy of your business is this belief that business is serious and that there is no room for fun and play within the business.

This shuts down the sacral chakra.

This shuts down the flow and the lightness that comes from flow.

So think about your business.

Do you have fun in your business?

And this isn't just specifically fun with your clients.

This is fun in the business.

For example,

I love creating meditations.

So when I record a meditation and then edit the meditation,

Put it all together and put some music to it,

That for me is fun.

I have a lot of fun doing that and that balances out or brings a harmony to any of the more serious aspects of my business.

Of course,

I also have a ton of fun with my clients,

But outside of that interaction and connection with my clients,

Where does the fun come from?

So I get the fun in the creating.

And let me tell you,

If the creating feels like a chore,

I know I'm not creating one with the right energy,

But probably not creating the right thing because it feels serious.

It feels hard.

So it's almost like I'm forcing my sacral chakra to create this thing,

Which means it's not coming from a flowing fun playful energy.

And that really impacts my business's sacral chakra as well.

So have a think about that.

How can you bring more fun into your business?

What aspects of your business are fun and are you taking it all too seriously?

What can you do about that?

Now number two is quite common because I think we have all done it and that is working with clients or even contractors like a VA or someone doing your graphics,

But working with clients or contractors who aren't aligned with you.

Now I say that most of us have done this because very often when our businesses start,

We just want clients and we'll offer our services to family and friends,

Even though they may not be suitable for our business.

They may not be in alignment with our business and without ideal client with who we really want to work with.

And what happens with that is the energy of that person is not in alignment with the energy of our business.

And it's not a good or a bad thing,

It's just a different thing.

But by them coming into your business,

They're bringing an energy in that is not in alignment with your business.

As I said,

It's not wrong,

It's just different.

And so it will affect the vibration of your business.

And so it could even be further down the track and you are really focused on your business energy and on having a clear and strong so you are attracting your ideal clients.

But sitting in that sacral might be the energy of some former clients or people that you've worked with or it could even be a coach or mentor that you had who ended up being out of alignment with what you wanted,

But their energy is still in your business.

And it's sitting in that sacral chakra and it's affecting who your sacral chakra is now attracting in.

So really important to be aware of this,

Does some energy need to be cleared out of the sacral chakra of former clients or people that you've worked with who are not in alignment with you and where you are now?

I mean,

Maybe at the time there was an alignment there,

But now there definitely isn't.

And you know that that energy is still sitting in your business's energy body.

So this is a big one.

This is a really important one.

Now you can do this in terms of just maybe deleting files or it can also be an energetic cleanse,

Just do a cord cutting or just a clearing with light,

However you would like to symbolically clear the energy of that person out of your business.

If it's someone that you've actually done some contracting,

Who's done some contracting work for you,

It might be removing some of what they've done to actually take their energy out of the business.

And if it's clients or contractors who are still with you and you know they aren't in alignment with your business,

I recommend releasing them.

And the third block that I see in the sacral chakra of a business is when my client or the entrepreneur is holding on to old tribes.

So this tribe could be a membership that you're in,

A mastermind group,

Whether free or paid,

It could be your Facebook groups that you're a part of,

Any group that you surround yourself with to support you in your business.

Now here's the thing.

Everyone is evolving in business at a different rate and everyone is on their own journey.

So we are all constantly changing our vibration.

So groups that you are attracted to,

People that you're attracted to,

To support you in your business,

That can change as you continue to evolve,

Your business continues to evolve and they continue to evolve.

And it's knowing when it's time to let go.

Because if you are surrounding yourself with a business tribe,

Their energy is going into the sacral chakra of your business.

And if the vibration of that energy is different to the vibration of your business,

That will hold it back.

And it can be hard to let go of those tribes because there can be a real heart connection.

But you'll know if you are not being supported in your business journey by that tribe anymore.

And when it's time to find a new tribe.

And where this most commonly plays out is in Facebook groups.

You'll join a Facebook group maybe because of a course or because of the person who's running the group or at the time you're just wanting to be part of many groups for your learning.

But you change and you move away from them.

And perhaps you aren't even active in them anymore but they are still sitting there.

You haven't taken yourself out of the group.

And that's clogging up your business's creative chakra.

It's clogging up its attraction chakra.

So do a massive cleanse of any groups,

Email lists or the same newsletter lists where you're no longer aligned.

Clear them out and find yourself tribes that support your business's energy.

The fourth block that I noticed in the sacral chakra of a business is when a business exists in yang energy 24-7.

And historically,

This actually is what a business is about.

It's a very yang energy in the word business as I talked about before.

It has a yang energy to it.

And we can get caught up in that energy and think that our business has to be switched on 24-7.

The sacral chakra is about the cycles.

I see it so connected to the earth energy and I feel that,

Certainly in female entrepreneurs who I work with,

That our cycle is really connected with the cycle of the earth.

And as females in business,

Our business cycle is the same.

And a cycle always has a yin and a yang.

Every cycle has a yin and a yang and that's what brings harmony to the cycle.

Now if we are expecting our business to be in yang energy all the time,

It will become exhausted,

We will become exhausted.

It will not have replenishment time.

And the sacral chakra,

This energy I was talking about of creativity,

That is very,

That's a very yin energy.

The actual creative process involves going in.

When we express that creativity which tends to come up and through the throat chakra,

Regardless of how that expression is,

That's the yang aspect of the creative process.

But when it's in the sacral chakra,

That's the yin aspect.

And it's so important that you allow the yin time in your business.

And this can also be as simple as making sure you have parameters around showing up in your business.

You know,

I don't do anything business related until this time and then at this time,

I close the business down for the day.

I allow it to go into its yin time while allowing myself to go into some yin time in relation to my business.

But the sacral chakra is a very important part of the harmonizing of that yin and yang.

So have a look at your business.

Does it need a little bit more yin energy in there?

Does it need more creative space?

More flow,

More stillness?

For me,

I have a week every month where I don't see clients.

That's my creative week.

It's my yin time.

It's also my time off.

I balance that.

You know,

I have some creative time and then I just have some still time away from my business.

And it gives my business a whole week of yin energy.

You know,

It's really closed as such during that time.

And so it brings that beautiful cycle into my business.

So how can you bring more yin time into your business?

As I said that,

I've just realized that perhaps you might be at a point in your business where you feel like it's all yin and no yang.

So you know,

There is the reverse as well.

You know,

Are you actually getting out there and taking action?

Or are you just fully immersed in the creating?

This can happen in the initial stages where you're just,

Oh,

I'll create a website.

Oh,

Let me do a Facebook page.

Oh,

Let me do a LinkedIn profile.

Or I'm going to create this opt-in.

You know,

All of these things when you still don't have clients.

So you can go to yin as well.

So have a look.

Where's your balance?

Is there a balance?

Is there a harmony between the yin and the yang?

Now the fifth block that I see in the sacral chakra,

This is something I actually haven't mentioned yet,

A very important aspect of the sacral chakra is abundance.

So this is different from the money flow of the base chakra.

You know,

The money is about survival.

The base chakra is about survival.

And in our society at this time,

That's about money.

The sacral chakra is about abundance.

And this is where it connects in with the flow energy and with the energy of the cycles,

Because this is abundance.

Abundance is when the flow moves through us.

The flow moves through our business.

It's not controlled in any way.

We know it comes in and it goes out.

Okay,

It's energy.

Abundance is energy.

And being in abundance is understanding that energy flows.

It comes,

It goes,

But it is continuous.

We are never without it unless we have stories that stop it flowing.

So as far as abundance in your business goes,

If you look at the other four things that I've talked about,

If you clear those out of your business's energy body,

And you embrace more of those things,

You are opening your business to abundance.

You are tapping into that sacral chakra energy.

You're removing the stories that are creating the limitation,

And you're allowing the flow of all that is to move through your business.

Now a really simple way of supporting your business to be in more abundance is to acknowledge every little celebration that happens in your business.

Celebrate a new client.

Celebrate every single cent that comes through your business.

Celebrate the achievements.

Celebrate your first webinar or your first Facebook Live or the first opt-in that you create.

Really celebrate it.

Feel the abundance of that energy.

Be in gratitude for everything.

Be in gratitude for your business and for what it brings into your life.

For the people that you meet through your business.

Celebrate all of those little things because they are all a part of the abundance.

And think of your business as a portal to abundance.

Because it is.

That's a part of its role.

Its role is to share your message,

Share your gifts to the world in a magnified way.

But that's the yang part in many ways.

That's what you're putting out there.

But its role is also to receive.

To receive abundance.

To support you in opening to abundance.

Whether that abundance is through money,

Through recognition and acknowledgement,

Through love,

Through friendship.

All of the things that flow to you as a result of being in business.

So there are plenty of things for you to think about when it comes to your business's Sacral Chakra.

And all of those things clearing out the Sacral Chakra,

As I said right at the beginning,

It's what attracts in the perfect clients to you.

If the Sacral Chakra of your business holds blocks,

Like I referred to,

It changes the density,

It changes the vibration of the energy of the sacral,

Which will change who it attracts in.

Clear out that Sacral Chakra and get your Sacral Chakra of your business aligned with the clients,

With the people,

With the resources that you want to attract into your business.
