The essence of this Oracle card message is about the significant impact of the mind on personal experiences and reality. It emphasizes that while the mind can be a source of distress, it is possible to transform it into an ally. This transformation involves re-examining beliefs, rethinking teachings, reframing negative experiences, and reconsidering knowledge. By observing thoughts, examining beliefs, noticing habits, and consciously responding with positivity, you can reprogram your mind, leading to a more fulfilling life. I want to thank Claire Ottewell for being the voice of Shaltazar and Music of Wisdom (Narek Mirzaei) for the background music.

Shaltazar,

Oracle card number nine,

Your mind.

How comfortable are you with your mind?

Is it serving your highest good or is it causing you distress?

Is your mind negative,

Obsessive,

Scattered,

Anxious,

Busy and fearful or is it positive,

Trusting,

Focused,

Calm,

Confident and loving?

You need your mind to fully experience life but is it truly helping you enjoy your life to the fullest?

Your mind is often the source of much of your suffering.

So if you need your mind but it causes you much anguish,

What can you do?

We would suggest it's time to change your mind.

You can choose the kind of mind you want.

Your mind has recorded all the experiences in your lifetime.

You cannot pretend you do not know what you have experienced.

Therefore all your encounters both pleasant and unpleasant have been encoded in your brain.

That programmed mind is what is creating your reality.

It is what directs your experiences moving forward.

And although we encourage you to quiet the mind,

We realize that is often a difficult task.

But by looking differently at the experiences of your life,

You can reprogram your mind to become more your ally than the source of your discomfort.

By reconsidering all you know and shifting how you look at everything,

You can create a new and improved version of your mind.

Begin to observe your recurring thoughts.

Examine your beliefs.

Notice your habits and your automatic reactions and determine if they are in your best interest.

If they are not,

Replace them with different thoughts,

New beliefs,

Altered habits,

Conscious responses,

And more positive perspectives.

Changing your mind will change your life.
