Thank you for joining me as we begin a canyon journey.
I will tell you this is no ordinary trail you're about to embark on.
It will take you to a mystical,
Magical,
And spiritual adventure on this journey.
You will take away what's deep in your heart,
A key to connect with the loving places each of us has within ourselves,
And some guidance from your higher self,
Of course.
We will start this journey with an official calling.
We will secure our space by recognizing or calling in our guides,
Archangels,
For protecting us when we explore this path.
At this time,
We can also call in our loving ancestors,
Spirit animals,
Or spirits of the land.
Whatever you feel will help protect you along the way.
It's time to alter our level of consciousness and find ourselves becoming completely relaxed.
Let the sound of the music help you enter this state.
Start by taking one inhale through our nose,
And then out through our mouth,
And follow with another huge inhale through our nose,
And then out through our mouth.
Now breathe at a normal pace,
Clearing your mind,
Heart,
And soul of any information.
Our goal at this time,
We are hitting the reset button,
Wiping our minds free of any thoughts.
Now that the attention is set,
We will begin our canyon journey.
You take your first step of a peaceful walk on an unfamiliar rocky desert path.
The energy of the land is powerful.
A big deep breath of the hot air is mind clearing and cleansing to your body.
Looking at the sights around you,
You are surrounded by canyon walls.
The views stunning as towers of red rocks escalate high up into the canyon.
The walls take shapes of endless massive steps of puzzle pieces strung together by rocks.
The blue of the sky is a shade of deep blue that is indescribable and unseen before.
The heat from the sun stings your skin a bit,
But you continue forward over semi-rocky terrain.
The sound of rocks crush beneath your feet as you move forward.
The canyon walls act as your guide,
Along with the small stream to your left that you follow on your path.
The sounds of the water add to the ambience of where you are.
There is a powerfulness of being alone.
You embrace it.
You grab your thermos from your backpack and give yourself a much needed splash of cold water over the back of your neck.
It cools your body briefly.
You look up and a spiral cloud of dust forms a mini-tornado that passes by.
Occasionally,
You can hear the wind whistle as it whispers by you.
The sound of a hawk is overhead as it dives effortlessly up and down the canyon walls as if it were putting on an air show for you.
Up ahead,
You notice something.
A large opening at one of the rocky canyon walls.
You are intrigued and stroll away from the middle of the canyon to explore it.
As you get closer,
You realize that it is to be a cave opening.
You notice below your hiking boots there are rocks from uneven steps guiding you into this cave that you see.
Oddly,
You notice there are shapes of unidentifiable engravings on the entrance,
Almost like symbols.
As you step into the cave,
The temperature drops a great deal.
The cave is semi-lit up from the holes and crevices in the cave ceiling,
And every sound you make is magnified.
Even the echo of your breath can be heard throughout the cave.
The sweat on your skin is cooling from the drop in temperatures as you enter the cave.
It refreshes you and makes you feel much more comfortable.
The bottom of the cave is a flattened path of small dusty rocks.
The crunchy sound of your boots also creates echoes with each step through the cave.
In the distance,
You hear a trickling of water.
It gets louder as you approach the inside.
You also notice on the cave walls an increase in the symbolic writing as you proceed further and further into the cave.
As the sound of the water gets louder,
You realize it is a waterfall.
However,
The waterfall seems a bit different.
As you approach,
You realize the water has an interesting glow to it that lights up the cave walls.
The color of the water is different.
An incredible bright light comes from the water itself.
The energy from the fall is intense with positivity.
You are drawn to it.
The light is not only energy,
It is information.
The faint sound of a deep drum and chanting begins to be heard.
A generous amount of peacefulness comes over your whole body.
You can't help but stare at the waterfall and you notice something very interesting happening to it.
The fall looks as though it comes alive and something begins to take form out of the water.
An angelic bright light begins to reshape from the fall into some type of being.
The drumming and chanting becomes louder as the presence begins to emerge larger.
You see now that it is a beautiful,
Angelic,
Soft white figure in your mind's eye.
It separates itself completely from the water.
It separates and becomes closer to you.
As the angelic figure gets closer to you,
You realize it is.
It is your higher self.
It says to you,
You've come a long way in the cave and in this life.
I have some messages for you.
Messages to take with you as you leave the cave and go about your life.
These are messages directly from your heart and your soul.
The brightest,
Powerful white glowing light you see in me is also within you.
It has the power to heal not only your heart,
But others around you.
When you seek my guidance,
Trust that I am always there for you.
Always trust the deepest part of your infinite soul on who you really are.
Believe that joy,
Love,
And kindness will follow your soul through life's path.
And finally,
Remember that connections with me creates a much more positive experience of life.
When you feel your light grow dim,
I will brighten it.
In times of chaos,
I will bring calmness.
When you are weak,
I will be strong for you.
With that,
You receive a nod from your higher self.
It fades back with the waterfall.
It says as it fades,
You can call on me at any time.
You let its words sink in and you feel healed as its presence leaves you.
And now,
You must begin your journey back,
But will always remember this cave if you need to return.
You slowly begin tracing your way back out the cave the way you came in,
Returning to the canyon walls.
You have a campsite nearby and the coolness of the night begins to creep in.
As you enter back into the light,
The cotton candy sky reminds you of how beautiful life is.
You stop to enjoy the present moment.
As you walk back,
You arrive at your campsite.
You slowly come back to feel more and more awake.
You begin to notice the world around you.
And when you are ready,
Slowly begin to open your eyes and feel more awake.
Move your arms,
Your feet,
Give yourself a nice stretch.
