Welcome to a Spirit-Guided Meditation from Interstellar 3i,
Alice.
Find a spot to receive energies from a passing celestial body.
We begin by relaxing the body,
Closing our eyes,
And setting an intention.
We are setting the intention to forget about all the things in our surrounding world,
Escape from everyone and everything,
Our cell phones,
Emails,
People in our lives,
Everything.
Forget about all the energy,
That stuff that consumes our lives into nothing.
Forget about the familiar past and the predictable future,
Get to the present.
Forget all the conversations we play in our heads or simple tasks we are supposed to do later.
Our mind's goal is to redirect this energy and draw it back into us,
Back into ourselves,
Back to us to use for fuel and internal power.
Remember,
This is your time,
Time that you set aside for yourself.
Find the present with breaths,
Deep breaths in and out,
Quiet the mind.
Find the present,
Deeply relax the internal and external body.
Now it is time to receive energetic messages.
Energetic messages from 3i,
Alice.
First,
You fall into this dark empty space in time with nothingness,
Emptiness,
Nothing in your thoughts,
A peaceful place where only joy and happiness is to exist.
In this empty space of nothingness,
There is no anger,
Resentment or any other negative vibration.
This is a safe place in your mind where only happiness,
Love and gratitude are existing.
Feel a burning sensation in your heart.
Your heart fills with love,
Joy and gratitude.
All three of these are very powerful feelings and you can feel them in the sensation in your heart.
Next,
As you drift into the darkness,
A faint red blurry image appears in the distance.
The colors warm your insides and you feel nothing but good energy as it approaches.
Only you can see this celestial object as it draws closer and closer with each moment.
Closer,
Closer it gets,
The larger it seems and you begin to make out more colors that surround this image.
More layers begin to appear as it gets closer.
It has an orange tinted center surrounded by red and the outer layer is a purplish hue that forms a dusty tail.
You can see particles floating as it gets closer.
You feel the power and wisdom of the object as it gets closer.
It effortlessly guides through the darkness and the colors become more clear as it gets closer.
You can see the object floating inside Atlas as if they were along for the ride.
The closer it gets,
The more powerful you feel.
You feel the energy from it.
And as it gets closer,
You hear a message from the interstellar object.
It speaks to you.
It says I'm here for the greater good.
I'm here with a message for you.
I am here with energetic gifts to give to you.
I am 7.
8 billion years old in your human time and have come from farther away than you can fathom.
I'm here for the energy and information.
My information is this,
I am made up of several elements which symbolize meanings to you.
Each property serves as a symbolic energetic message to you.
I am water.
I cleanse your soul,
Represent life,
Purification,
Emotional depth,
And renewal.
I am carbon dioxide to give you the power to exhale,
Strengthening a powerful ability to release negative emotions and feelings,
The sensation of surrender to a higher power or letting go of fear.
And finally,
I am nickel,
A powerful metal bringing luck and wealth.
I carry messages from loved ones and most importantly,
I recharge your spirit guides.
As time passes,
So does 3i Atlas.
You see it drift off into the distance.
It leaves behind a dusty,
Faint colored layered trail and off in the distance it goes.
The powerful energy subsides and then it is gone.
Begin to wiggle your toes and fingers as you come back to your original space around you.
