I will be amplifying this healing session with the Akela Celestial Healing Frequency.
Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you can fully relax.
Either sit with your spine straight or lie down in a restful position.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Hold for a moment,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Repeat.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Hold,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Feel your body softening with each breath,
Your mind becoming calm,
And your energy centering in the present moment.
You can set your intention for this practice silently or aloud.
I activate my Arkabha to align my body,
My mind,
And my spirit.
I am open to healing,
Protection,
And higher guidance.
Now,
Visualizing the Arkabha,
Bring your attention to the space around you.
Imagine a radiant light forming above your head,
Glowing brighter with every breath you take.
This light begins to take shape as a three-dimensional star,
A Arkabha,
Surrounding your entire body.
Picture it clearly,
Two interlocking pyramids,
One pointing upward,
The other downward.
The upward pyramid represents masculine energy,
Connection to the heavens,
And spiritual expansion.
The downward pyramid represents feminine energy,
Grounding and connection to the earth.
Now,
Visualize the Arkabha spinning,
See the upward-pointing pyramid begin to slowly spin in a clockwise direction.
Feel its energy lifting and expanding around you.
Now,
Visualize the downward-pointing pyramid beginning to spin counterclockwise,
Grounding and stabilizing you.
As the two pyramids spin in opposite directions,
They create a powerful field of light,
Spinning faster and faster around you.
Visualize this energy field glowing brighter,
Forming a sphere of pure radiant light that protects and balances you.
Now,
Visualize yourself journeying within the Arkabha.
Allow yourself to feel completely safe and supported within this field of light.
Your Merkabah is now fully activated,
Receiving light codes for full activation,
Sending the Akila celestial healing frequency to the field of light.
Imagine it lifting your consciousness upward gently and effortlessly carrying you through the vastness of the universe.
Feel yourself traveling beyond time and space,
Surrounded by stars and galaxies,
Or perhaps through a sacred landscape filled with beauty and peace.
You have arrived in a space of pure light and infinite wisdom.
Here,
Take a moment to connect with your higher self,
Your spiritual guides,
And the divine.
Ask for clarity,
Healing,
And guidance.

Grounding you and anchoring you,
Bringing your energy and balance.
Deep below the earth into the earth star chakra,
We are anchored and grounded into the core of the earth.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold and slowly exhale.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and take a moment to reflect on your experience.
Silently or aloud,
Say thank you Merkabah energy for aligning,
Protecting,
And guiding me.
