This is the pivot point.
A soul inquiry to see what is present for you right here,
Right now.
Creating some space to explore the shifts that are occurring.
That might feel exciting.
You might have some positive expectancy around it.
It might be kind of exciting.
You might just be a little bit curious.
Whatever it is,
It's perfect to arrive and to receive what your soul has to share with you today.
So close your eyes.
Place one hand on your heart,
The other on your lower belly.
Just feel those contact points connect with your body.
And think of an area of your life or leadership,
Could be your work or a relationship as well,
That feels complete.
Not wrong.
We're not looking for anything that's out of alignment or that's been bothering you or irritating you.
Just something that feels complete,
That it's done,
It's served its purpose.
And just allow that to come to the surface.
What feels complete for you now?
Nothing to figure out here.
And then begin to recognize what you're no longer available for.
Perhaps there's a boundary that needs to be set.
Perhaps there's something that you're kind of resenting,
Having to give your time,
Energy,
And attention to,
Where it feels so much more deserving somewhere else in your life.
So bring to the surface,
What are you no longer available for?
And now,
What's calling you forward?
Could be very quiet,
Could be undeniable,
Could be something you haven't fully said yes to yet.
What is it that's been calling you forward?
What is your future self pulling you toward?
Again,
Nothing to figure out here.
Just feel it.
Allow yourself to feel what is emerging for you.
What's coming up for you?
What's been trying to get your attention?
Give it some attention now.
And now with your breath,
Let's start to breathe in what's true for you.
Let that be pure light,
Could be white,
Could be translucent,
It could be golden.
See how it shows up for you as you breathe in what's true.
And as you exhale what is no longer yours to carry.
This might appear as gray or black smoke.
Simply exhale what is no longer yours to carry,
Allowing for that release as you exhale.
While you continue breathing in what is true,
That pure light,
What's ready to shine more in your life.
Allow this process to be a polishing one,
Refining your direction,
Allowing what's ready to emerge next for you.
Recognize it.
Then you'll be better able to reorient your life around that and start living and leading from that truth.
Breathing in what's true,
Exhaling what is no longer yours to carry.
Growing that light,
Allowing it to shine even brighter.
Embracing what feels oppressed,
Repressed,
Or suppressed so that I can feel safe to let go,
To release.
It takes tremendous courage to step into your sacred responsibility of what you came here to do,
Who you came here to be in this lifetime,
On this planet earth.
And so give yourself some grace,
Maybe repeat this process a few times.
Take it as your own pace.
And whenever it feels ready and complete for you today,
You can open your eyes and write down anything that emerged for you,
Anything that needs a little more attention before you're ready to fully release and let go of it.
Journal about that.
You can even burn it once you're done if you choose to.
Completely let it go.
Make room,
Give yourself some freedom and grace to step into what is true for you now.
Write about that too.
What is emerging for you?
What's coming up?
Give yourself some time to write,
To sit with it,
To contemplate it,
To really feel it in your body.
I often speak about the shift from career to calling,
And perhaps it's something you're going through now.
Career often asks us to perform.
There's a lot of effort and rules and responsibilities that come along with that.
And so we're always trying to meet those expectations.
Whereas calling,
It's calling for you to embody your truth.
What you're here to pass on in this lifetime,
What are you here to contribute?
And sometimes that means a career change.
Sometimes that means stepping into your soul's purpose through entrepreneurship.
Sometimes it means re-approaching the career you're in.
What got you into it into the first place?
What excited you?
What thrilled you?
Let that enthusiasm resurface and approach it from this new frequency,
Different way of being of what you can continue or still need to contribute to this role.
And if your soul has outgrown that role,
Then allow what comes next to emerge,
Taking one intentional step forward at a time.
Write about anything that emerges from you when it comes up.
Give it the space to breathe,
To express itself.
And when it feels complete,
Let it be complete.
Let it be so.
Let it go and continue in this new flow.
