I invite you to notice what it feels like to breathe in your body.
Notice any shifts of consciousness that takes place.
Breathe deep into your belly,
Into your dantian,
Connecting to the source energy,
Aligning yourself to the divine within,
Aligning with your deepest medicine,
My friend,
Accepting this reality that you are a star in earth.
Every breath,
A rebirth,
A rebirth,
A rebirth.
This body is breathing.

Let's take a scan of this luminous body we inhabit.
Connecting with breath as we bring awareness to various body parts,
Bringing a deep sense of gratitude.
Starred at the top of the head,
Just feel the scalp,
Back of the skull,
The teeth and the gums,
The sensation in the gums.
Take a breath in and out of the nose and feel the air move through the nostrils,
The bridge of the nose,
Both eyeballs and the space right under the eyeballs,
The brow.
Feel your temples.
Your body is a temple.
Move down the spine,
Starting at the base of the head all the way down to the sacrum.
Go back up to the shoulders.
Feel inside the shoulders.
Travel down the upper arms,
Elbows,
The space right below the elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Back of the hands,
Palms of the hands.
Feel the fingers and the space between the fingers,
The tips of the fingers.
Move the awareness to the chest.
Feel all your ribs,
Not as a cage but as a basket,
Holding your beautiful internal organ.
Move to the spine,
Move to the belly,
Move to the pelvis.
Feel both hips,
Sensation in the thighs,
Down to the knees and the space just underneath the knees.
Feel the lower legs,
Ankles,
Heels,
The feet and the soles of the feet.
Feel all your toes and the space between the toes,
The tips of the toes.
Now feel your whole body at once,
Each individual sensation just flowing into the massive sensation.
Awareness of the whole body.
And going back to the organs,
The soft organs and the contents of your skeleton.
Feel your beautiful heart beating slow,
All your organs resting,
The lungs,
The brain,
The intestines,
Kidneys,
Liver,
Gallbladder.
Feel the fluids and waterways in the body and the cells just humming and vibrating,
Pulsing.
Feel your muscles,
Letting the muscles just relax and give up command of the body.
Just feel the energy pulsing through this magnificent body,
This incredible temple.
Just commit to being with and relating to this body.
This body is breathing.
This body's alive.
This body's relaxing.
This body that shines.
