This day is coming to a close,

Everything you intended to accomplish,

Everything on your list to get done is either complete or will now wait till tomorrow.

Release any thoughts of worry about unfinished tasks or incomplete projects.

Take a moment to reflect on your day's journey.

Visualize yourself moving through its moments,

From the first light that greeted you to the interactions that crossed your path,

The decisions you made or didn't make.

Release any and all judgments and fill the space with patience,

Forgiveness and self-compassion.

Be kind to yourself and let it be enough.

Inhale deeply and with each exhale sink deeper into relaxation,

Letting your worries drift away like leaves carried by a gentle breeze.

Feel the weight of the world lifting as you let go of the burdens you've carried.

Release any attachment to the past or worries about the future and let the present moment be your sanctuary of peace.

Your thoughts gently ebb and flow with each breath,

A tranquil rhythm that lulls you into deeper relaxation.

Your mind is free,

Your heart at peace,

Hearing the soothing melody of my voice.

Allow your brain's activity to take a well-deserved rest,

For tomorrow will provide fresh energy and renewed focus.

For now,

Let rest be your nourishment,

A time to replenish your spirit.

Extend gratitude to your body,

Which carried you through the day's journey with unwavering strength.

Acknowledge your body's resilience,

Step by step,

As it supported you through each endeavor.

Gratitude for your mind,

For its focus,

Its multitasking prowess for holding your thoughts and guiding you through the busyness of the day.

Thankful for the lessons today brought,

Both the challenges that supported your growth and the moments of joy that warmed your heart.

Let your heart be thanked for its quiet dedication,

Steadfast even in the rush of life's pace.

Embrace the gentle rhythm of your breath,

A constant reminder that you are alive,

That you are here,

And that each moment is an opportunity for renewal.

With a heart full of gratitude,

Really good. Love the concept of rest as nourishment and the idea of the task list of the day being either completed or left for later. Good backing music too and your voice is soothing - you speak at a good pace too. I’ll definitely come back to do this meditation again. 😀
