Imagine waking up each day feeling generally happier and more optimistic no matter what life throws at you.

In today's practice,

We use gratitude affirmations that instantly shifts your mindset and can literally change your life.

When you're grateful,

You can't be fearful or angry.

So let's shift into that feeling tone right now.

You can close your eyes or gaze down or even stand in front of a mirror with your eyes open looking into your truth.

When I say the affirmations,

You can repeat it out loud or silently,

Whatever serves you best.

And when I say it,

I also want you to feel it deep inside because this is your truth.

So here we go.
