Welcome,

Beautiful souls.

To find a space where you can lie down,

Open yourself up,

And relax your entire being into this time and space as we reprogram every cell within your being to radiate the love that you are at all times.

Allow it to be your main vocal with every beat,

And expanding out,

Absorbing any unserving programs or patterning that may be running,

Any anxieties that aren't yours or that aren't serving.

Unlooping,

Unwinding the mind,

Just allowing for space to be held,

For grace to be bestowed upon you.

As that soft pink ray of grace moves down into your mind's eye,

Into your physical eyes and physical ears,

Absorbing any energies that create illusion or false realities,

Allowing for our sight to be truly seen.

To see through the illusions,

To see clearly,

To hear our words of wisdom that our heart speaks.

As we allow this energy,

The soft pink ray of grace,

To move into our throat space,

To unlock that remembrance from all time and space,

From infinite consciousness,

To speak our desires into existence.

As you continue to keep in tune with your breath,

And how it moves up and down your spine,

How your heart beats,

We allow this beautiful soft pink energy to expand nice and wide,

And down through our high heart.

It unlocks the infinite love and abundance that already exists,

Absorbing the weight and the pressure you have carried on your shoulders.

As this energy moves down now into your heart,

Absorbing any obstacles,

Any illusions,

Any densities that you have placed as a way of protecting your heart space.

Opening that heart nice and wide now,

As we feel that expansion take place,

As we begin to feel ourselves shifting,

As these densities alchemize.

Opening up ourselves to the possibilities and opportunities that await.

Allowing this beautiful soft pink ray of grace to move down into our solar plexus,

To our stomach,

To begin absorbing and nourishing all of our perceived wounding,

To hold space,

To see and feel,

Know that we are okay.

Know that in this moment,

We can begin to relax our being.

Our only job is to relax every cell,

Every bone,

Every muscle.

Know that it's safe in this moment to let go and to open up your soul to all the infinite abundance that already exists from all time and space.

As we allow this energy to flow down into your sacral,

We call back all the parts and pieces of you.

Every fragment,

Every lifetime,

All of you,

All of your essence.

We call it from all time and space to stand with you,

To blend with you,

To feel supported,

Held,

Loved,

To open that sacral connection nice and wide,

To hold space for the programming and patternings that were handed down through your lineage and to open your cells to know it's your choice to allow them to continue running.

Or to open them up to infinite possibility of what,

As we flow this energy down into your root,

Absorbing the pressure to quiet your mind,

To be still,

Absorbing any expectations for this transmission,

For your sleep state,

For the day that you had,

Or for the next day.

Remembering that your only job in this moment is to be present with your heartbeat.

Your only job is to anchor into your breath.

As we connect you deeply with a grounding cord from your root,

Down through Mother Gaia's layers and dimensions,

Deeply connecting you to her.

As you feel this energy wrapping around her core,

Her heart and plugging in,

Feeling that magnetic reaction as this energy begins to flow from her heart space up through your root,

Allowing you to once again feel the support of Mother Gaia.

She holds you in her grace.

And the mantra that rides in and out of our breath,

You feel it infusing every part of our being with the most loving and expansive energy.

With every infusion of the love that I am,

We feel our cells opening,

Opening to the possibilities and opportunities that exist within our being.

We feel our body relaxing even deeper,

Allowing us to fully surrender,

Allowing us to fully open ourselves up to all that is,

To the flow,

The love of the infinite consciousness,

Becoming one with all the aspects that exist,

Our guides,

Our angels,

That are a part of us,

Blending with consciousness that exists in each of us,

Anchoring into that breath and infusing every cell,

Every strand,

Breathing out,

Knowing that with every breath in and out,

We are programming our cells to know,

To feel,

To recognize the love,

The abundance,

That we already are,

That is already within us,

That every part of us is filled and infused with the love of all parts and pieces of us,

Each strand of DNA in each cell that we contain,

To be programmed to seek the reflection of the love that's within us,

We program these cells to reflect this love and abundance that we are full of,

To reflect it outside of us,

To be so full and bursting with possibility,

Opportunity,

Of love and abundance of all things,

To realize that our reality has no choice but to show it to us,

Because it's all that we are and it's all that we are choosing to be,

As we anchor deeply into this moment and listen to our heart space,

And our life force,

Because we are so relaxed and open to receive,

Just by resting,

We program our subconscious to work on our behalf,
