When I step into the stream of water and began to walk against the current. I can stop and let all the debris press against me to become a dam, or I can navigate the current to not be an obstacle. Knowing the stream will adjust for what I do, and the contact alone will change me. I either collect debris or I build strength to stand in the current, seeing when to let the debris go… love and blessings as I continue to build strength to step aside
