Hi,

My name is Jordana.

Today,

We're going to practice affirmations that will lead to an incredible day,

No matter what.

Every day brings its challenges,

Its excitements,

Its ups and its downs.

We simply do our best to ebb and flow with what we are presented with in a moment.

The affirmations that we'll do together today will support you in meeting any challenges that today may bring.

When we can meet challenges from a place of being self-assured,

Feeding ourselves positivity and good messaging,

Messaging that uplifts us,

Then we're able to move through challenge with grace,

With ease.

And in this way,

We're able to be of better service in our lives with those around us,

With coworkers,

With friends,

With loved ones.

Go ahead and make yourself comfortable.

It's best to do this practice sitting upright,

Lengthening through your spine,

Sitting tall.

You might choose to roll your shoulders up and back.

You can lengthen through the neck and feeling a sense of having an open heart here,

Almost as if there is pride already just in the way that you hold yourself sitting.

And as you adjust yourself here,

Having a sense of alertness in your body,

Pride across your shoulders,

Also find a bit of ease with it.

Can you sit tall but also relax through the upper back,

The mid back,

The low back,

And the belly,

Inviting a sense of softness into the jaw?

And if you can do so comfortably,

Relaxing your eyes to close.

Taking a moment to separate this time from whatever has come before it with a few deep breaths.

You'll simply breathe in through the nose and then exhale,

Let it go out the mouth.

Do this just a few times,

Creating that space in your body that supports you to create the space in your mind,

Fulfilling your mind with the good stuff.

Take one last deep breath here and then allow your breath to normalize.

You let it be just as it wants to be,

You allow it to flow in and out just as it will.

Breathing here.

As we go into the affirmations for today,

I'll say it out loud and you'll repeat it in your mind or if you prefer,

You can say it out loud.

I am powerful beyond my imagination.

Take a deep breath in and let it go,

Sigh out the mouth.

Bring your left hand to lay flat across your heart.

Bring your right hand to lay atop of your left.

A Mona Lisa smile.

With your hands here at your heart,

Taking a moment and one more deep breath.

Feeling the sigh out your mouth open the heart,

Open your energy so that you become ready and available to the abundance of possibility,

Of gratitude,

Of positivity that's available for you right now and always when you look for it.
