I hope you are doing well.
This is Earth to Jordi coming to you with another planetary meditation.
I'd just like to begin by saying the nature of being able to capture the frequency of these tuning forks makes it so that I have to use a very sensitive microphone so you will you will hear some background noise because it is quite active today.
Really looking forward to the days in which I have my own recording studio and or I'm just invited to recording studios just because I'm that bitch you know.
I'm really excited for that.
I am looking to get right into it.
Today I'll be using the frequency of Jupiter which is 183.
58 hertz and Venus which is 221.
23 hertz.
This was recommended to me by one of my followers so I'm really excited to get these frequencies to y'all together.
Venus is a planet of expansion,
Of protection,
Oh no excuse me Jupiter is a planet of expansion,
Of protection.
The reality,
The physical reality of Jupiter is that it literally protects Earth by flinging out spatial debris like meteors and asteroids out of our solar system so that we aren't susceptible to the the violences.
Venus is a planet that is quite similar to at least the size of planet Earth and is seen as a sister planet in a lot of ways and allows us to invites us to tap into our sensuality,
Our senses,
Our pleasure.
So together I really do see them as an expansion of love,
An expansion of our heart,
An expansion of our capacity to be able to receive as well as a protection of these things,
A protection of our senses,
A protection of our sensuality,
Of our pleasure in these ways as well.
So I'm really excited to get into it and I'm just going to begin.
I'll be playing these frequencies for about five minutes or so so you can be in whatever position feels comfortable for you and start by taking some deep breaths.
Start by bringing some breath back into your body,
Wiggling your fingers and toes and place your hand over your heart just giving thanks and gratitude to your heart space,
Allowing it,
Inviting it to expand in love and also affirming and reminding that it is protected in that love as well.
Just be kind to all of your hearts.
