Stress and anxiety can have physical, mental and emotional side effects. From lack of sleep and forgetfulness to body tightness and agitation. Being able to find ways to release the stress can bring about benefits to reduce these symptoms. Meditation is a beautiful way to breathe deep, relax the body, and let go. As a Christian-based meditation, we will actively practice the release of this stress to your Heavenly Father. We were not made to carry all of these burdens, and taking time to sit in His presence and let them go, can be a healing and restorative practice.
