Keep the smile upon your face,
Shining out a light into the world.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
Now take a breath and let the smile gently disappear.
Let your face go into neutral,
Relaxed,
Easy position.
You are a good,
Special,
Beautiful person.
You are wonderful.
You are loved.
Notice how you feel in this particular moment.
Now gently bring the smile back to your face.
Lift up the corners of your lips.
Let this glow shine out to the world.
You are an extraordinary person.
You are inspiring.
You are loved.
Take a moment to observe how you feel with the smile upon your face,
Hearing these words of love and encouragement.
