Let's do this now together. So as we take a deep breath in long slow out breath thanking the system, This mind-body-being, This life thanking those who went before you for all the ways that they found to survive and manage to hope and cope we imagine that we are the ones standing right here on a timeline if we could visualize that we're looking back and we're seeing along this timeline almost like it is a fiber optic tube all the nodes and intersections where lives before were held along this ancestral line if we turn the other way we'll see that there are many others still to come that this is a continuum of existence you here are standing at a point moment in time you're noticing we're asking this being what am i noticing what do i know because i hold the information the imprints and the memories i hold them energetically and genetically and i'm the holder the receptacle of so much information because i'm in a form this information is known to me let us stand in our awareness our imagination in this moment know that you are a holder of immense information an accumulation of data that has been heaped into this line after eons and eons of existence if we could see all of this as a library of information so vast so huge so many books so many stories but if we could stand in our awareness just outside looking in towards this incredible library the books are just there with our heart we can understand that there has been so much pain and trauma so many challenges but there's also been so much success and love you my love are standing in this family line because this family was resilient and strong courageous determined they found ways when there really was no way they were strong in ways that we can barely fathom they made decisions sometimes not the best at all in hindsight but the best they could do in that moment so let's stand here now my sweetheart for humanity that your line like mine and all of those who have ever been and who are and who will be we all have a long line of story we all hold so much pain sorrow fear anger resentment guilt shame blame dread we all hold this within us we absolutely cannot imagine how we can continue moving along this line the trajectory that we've chosen we don't even know how to take that next step because we feel so immensely burdened and in pain we don't even understand our pain yet if we could stand here in our awareness looking at this library filled with data and content pages and books upon books if we could know that there was a great deal of life all aspects of life are in that standing here we can be absolutely loving and gracious impartial unconditional in our love and grace kindness and support our forgiveness may all life may all souls may all journeys be healed forgiven may all pain be eased and released through all time through all fields through all dimensions and so the books are there and the stories are there and the feelings are imprinted in us we don't even have to open the pages to know that there is intense information within but if we could stand here at the entrance to this great library of knowledge we can open our heart and feel the love the compassion the kindness the gratitude the forgiveness if we could stand here with the warmth of the sunlight upon our back gaze at all this information imagine that we could open our heart and if the sun that is shining upon our back behind us radiate through this being through our magnificent heart now be magnified amplified like we would take a sunlight beam through a magnifying glass and we would send it all the way through that glass amplifying it extending it beyond what we could imagine radiate it into that great portal of pain let it go into all the books all the pages all the stories so much love every single page that is now breezing in the wind flapping opening we could imagine that the words that are imprinted upon them the photographs and the imprints just start to ease and float away into the air like steam from a kettle seen momentarily and then moved into all that is the pages are starting to open of every single book every single story the words the imprints the pictures all the stories the history inside it is floating off the pages but as it does this we feel deep honor love and respect we're not throwing it away because we need to know what it is that we will never do again we need to remember who we are now because of all the pain we are to remind our hearts what it is that we would choose and what we would never choose again as you watch this immense clearing as the breeze picks up more light comes into that space couldn't imagine that there could be more light all the stories just release let go there is not one tiny little book left not one page not one word not one connection is left we can barely imagine in our human self how dramatic letting go is sometimes we can't even let go of a pair of jeans that we've had because there's significance or connection or memories to it imagine if us as a species could be at the point where we could absolutely let it go everything let it all go only hold within this being the energy of grace love and compassion the deepest embedded awareness of who we are now who we choose to be now in this moment now soften your tummy smooth the skin on that beautiful face relax relax your jaw just relax let the light of all that is shine upon you warm you encourage you hold you feel the ease the peace the grace the gentleness all is well all is well we let the light of all that is bathe cleanse and clear just rest now we are asking our guides and angels divine presence who are watching over us with such great care this is a pivotal time for our human story we are standing on the timeline and we are the ones who will change the trajectory whatever we choose to release and let go of that creates the pathway forward in a whole and a new way now you're releasing beautiful now you're releasing just let it go soften your body melt merge into the sunlight soften soften i release let go and eliminate through all time all fields and all dimensions for every little girl child and every woman for every little boy child and every man may the pain that was known the heartache and the suffering may the horrors and the dread the regrets the hideous moments the persecution may all of this now be eased out of the human consciousness the wind the breeze the warmth the sunlight just let it take it all away ease it away we're asking that we can go as deep as we need to go do this for every dear heart who is part of your family line there is nothing to cling on to that all life begins and ends while we're here we make a difference if we can be different what makes us grow and be different is the diversity and the struggle the contrast because that is the 3d reality it reveals to us through contrast what is truth as it reveals this beautiful heart of ours can say yes or no can get to choose what would i choose with all my heart and all my soul now feeling your heart a reconnection what would i choose with all my heart and all my soul now and hold that my lovely the new code for the story moving forward for every single woman to be let go of the imprisonment of performance and appearance all the structures that were created to define us and demean us all the ideas the concepts formulas just let them go and come into your center know that you are a one-time deal for this life journey there never has been and never will be another you you are the most unique gift to this life experience it will never show up again you are the holder of codes awarenesses that no one else can hold no one ever will be able to touch thank this being for knowing that understanding it as our human does as pain despair panic anxiety the difference being different god forbid but every single one of us is here on a unique assignment we cannot be not like one other person never ever because there would be no reason for that i would be redundant if someone who was just like me was here too there is no one like this being no one ever has been ever will be you my love have a memory and imprints to all the pain and the torture the hardship that has been known by those in the land and you are the healer of it you are the one who knows something else we say to ourself we tormented and we're suffering we're struggling but we're not we're just feeling the contrast that's all it is we're feeling the immense contrast it's okay to feel it because if you can feel it you can heal it if you can allow yourself to feel the depth of despair the moments of panic the horrors the thoughts that run and race at the exact same moment you know what that is not you know what 180 degree turn from that point would be it is what your heart seeks and longs for tune to your heart the one that knows itself and perceives itself as broken this beautiful one knows something else because it has allowed itself to feel broken because it has allowed itself to understand that feeling so deeply so you could heal it so deeply right now drop into a point of your awareness that you know is pain just drop in drop in like a visitor go to where it hurts like crazy just hold it there hold it as the dear one the kind one the loving supportive one sit down beside the pain sit right next to it wrap your arms your heart around it see it as a wound a wounded child a wound being see it as a pain a longing look at the longing and feel the longing in your heart what are you longing for we're going to be here just in the form for a little while what could this longing be that is beyond form that could be an essence and energy that is so incredible what is this longing feel your longing now that we could scream that oh please why can't it be this feel that feeling the urgency the demand inside of it that is the heart activating when we know something so powerfully that we could scream and rage within it it's an urgency it's a proclamation it's a declaration it's a knowing that is so deep and so intense like the raging of a furnace like the yelling at the storm feel that feel the strength of what it is that your being says no no no it needs to be this that's the catalyst this is not here to break you it's for you to bring in a whole new energy we are not pitiful broken beings we're not suffering for no reason not understanding it it's our unwillingness to be with it to feel it and know it then to bring it into our heart and activate it the catalyst the surge the urgency the strength the anger whatever it brings towards an activation whatever it needs to activate it the screaming the raging whatever that needs it needs to be expelled as a new energy never again never again will beings starve never again will people be in broken spaces neglected and abandoned never again will people be rejected unseen unheard never again instead of putting all that energy in your own one body send it out from you if you could imagine yourself like a ball of energy and this energy is going off in every single direction from the center of you shooting or radiating out into the space around you the integrity that we want to hold now the strength the clarity the beauty no more condemnation no more shaming and blaming no more story beautiful you feel that strength still point energy this is the highest vibration you can hold rest deeply in it now it's like the eye of the storm everything swirling around us chaos is ridiculous there's nothing we can do to make it stop or slow down but we can choose where to stand in it bring yourself right now into the eye into the center and hold yourself here my love breathe relax beautiful you with all my heart and all my soul i hold the space quiet sincere i am the holder of an energy i have the heart that knows how to rage and create to activate i thank this incredible body for being able to adapt to adjust there is nothing i need to hold on to send this code now to every cell in your body i'm simply here in this beautiful form holding myself in a form so that i can help with the transformation not so i can hold all the data and information in this form that's ridiculous so that i can understand it and feel it through that i can transmute it transform it shift it everything is data information it's how we choose to hold it and see it you remember the picture of standing there and looking at this library of content you are not having to be the holder of any of that content but to witness it and regard it with so much love and compassion forgiveness and kindness that's a gift and a greater gift than that is to be able to release and let it go honor it and you and the lives that were release everyone from their being entrapped bound held hostage release let go and eliminate breathe gently into your being soothe your being with a fresh stream of life force energy feel like you can comfort yourself this being is holding a moment in time this being that is able to see through all time and this beautiful being that cares enough to transmit within that signal of chaos divine coherence beautiful you lovely just rest here now my sweetheart so as you relax and allow yourself to be here see if you can stay in this position for a long time as long as you can when you're ready to be part of the world again bring yourself so gently back into the space honoring you kind to you soothe yourself back in this is the time where we have to retrain reconfigure the systems that have been running on a default setting for so long we are being asked to consider who we are how we are and whatever it is that is a disturbance in our field that is our gift to heal nothing is random nothing is a coincidence we are absolutely on time for something incredible we just want to remember that we are here encoded and we want to keep showing up allowing the coding and the magnificence that's already within us to awaken to support our own life and those around us the shift is going to happen it is really happening we are being called to stand in the space of transformation thank your mind your body and being for being able to know that so well right now that you felt depths of it the very very depths of it how brave and fabulous and courageous are you put that lovely energy in your heart now and hold yourself
