Today's our day when we are working on clearing all the trauma signals that are getting stuck in our mind, Body and energy systems. We all know that these things that we are holding really are old, We're fed up with them, We are done with them, They belong to an old pattern. But just being fed up with them and done with them doesn't get them out the energy field. We've got to be holding this in a different way, In a very mindful, Conscious, Loving, Gracious way honoring the fact that these signals were lovingly passed on by our ancestors who gave us warning signals that were just igniting us so that we could protect ourselves, So that we could do one thing and that's survive. This human species since the beginning of its journey has been playing one game and that is the game of survival. We just know that we can no longer play this game. That's why all this debris, These signals that are defaulted, Encoded into our system, That make us react in a moment's notice to save our lives, These must now be released mindfully, Lovingly and graciously out of our field. So that's what we're doing and you know my treasure's been almost a year, We will finish doing every one of these, That wonderful Dr. Bradley Nelson actually put them in these clusters and it just helps so much for us to work in that framework. Let's drop into the space, We're going to clear today this energy of the effort unreceived. So when we feel that sense of we're making an effort, We're showing up and it's not being well received, Acknowledged, Heard or valued, That causes a great feeling of pain within our heart. This bundle that we're going to do now all sit on the heart, Small intestine meridians. So they impact those energy lines and the flow. My lovelies, If anything touches the heart meridian, This is really when we get slowed down. So we want this energy frequency to flow with such grace and any blocks that are in that pathway, We want them to open up like we're taking boulders out of a river. So the river can flow with a massive pulse of energy, New life can come in, That's what we want to do. The next frequency as we're moving now is all about thriving, Not surviving but thriving. Potential, Abundance, Happiness, Love, Light, Laughter, Kindness, All those beautiful high collaborative compassionate energies. It's going to be a whole new world and we are here to create it. We're here together, Isn't it wonderful that we have each other. We want to feel that what we are doing, The effort we are putting in is worthwhile. The moment we are putting some effort in and it's not being seen or valued, We take that as we are not worthwhile. We don't see it in the way that, Oh that person doesn't recognize it or value it or it's not in their value system so they don't care to acknowledge it outwardly to you. They're just accepting that's the way it should be. That hurts very badly if we have an imprint in us that feels as if we need to be recognized or understood a little bit more or if there's a vulnerability or insecurity then that sense of being worthwhile gets knocked so badly and that's not really fair, Is it? Because what you're doing is what you're doing. You're doing it because you want to do it or you want to be kind or you want to do the thing. That effort that you're putting in, It's always lovely for this darling human to receive feedback and that's where the real trouble lies because we have given so much of our integrity away in a conditional loop. I can be valued, I can be honored, I can be seen if the other out there will acknowledge me, See me, Love me. So we give this energy away in this conditional loop. That is the one thing that's going to pull you down every single time is if there is a conditional loop. So what we really want to do is we want to allow ourselves to do and create, Make the efforts that are appropriate for us, That we are delight in, That we are willing to be part of or do expand into. That part must be ours and we must own it and hold it and be fed into our being and we must get fed by the delight of doing it without having to need the praise or the accolades or the recognition of anyone or anything outside of us. I hope you can hear that because that little loop is where the pain is. Can you feel that? You can do and you cannot do. We can punish ourselves for not doing, Not showing up and not making an effort. We can do all our self-sabotaging, Self-loathing, We're really good at that. We don't need anybody else to help us with that. But when we do make an effort and for some of us that effort that you're making, Even if it might seem so ridiculous and small to the other person, Almost irrelevant to the other person, To the one who is really struggling with what it is that they are being asked to do and they do make that effort, That for that person might feel huge, Really of value, Really worthwhile, Then we want that feedback from the rest of the world. That's why we have each other. We have each other because we are mirrors for each other. We express, We show each other, We relate to all our stories and we love the feedback. The feedback informs this form. So I love to say this, We are in a form and we perform a lot in our forms and that performing is seen, Heard or understood by someone outside of us. They receive it in a certain way, Acknowledge it and then they send back a message, Oh that's wonderful or oh that's ridiculous. So that we get a message back by their look on their face, Their words, Their actions or their response or lack of it and we get a feedback. That feedback is the performing my loves. That is the constant performance. In that feedback we are getting information. Something is informing our form. If that is the setup for our human story, In a form, To be informed, To bring information in, Why do we get achy and painful inside of the story? Why does it hurt us to receive this information? We're in a form, We're getting feedback and there's information coming in. When did we lose that ability to stand in our own truth? When did we start relying and depending upon this out there to be this or that way, To look or show up in a certain way so that I can be happy? When did we do that? Our agreement is to be here in a form and our form is gathering information by being with each other. Not just because we are accumulating all kinds of data, We don't want to turn into a library for heaven's sakes, But all that information that's coming in is giving us the ability to discern, To choose, To decide, To fine-tune and all of this energy that is coming in because there's so much interacting, Performing, Informing coming in. We are getting an opportunity to find out and to remember and to activate something else. But the moment we push our energy down and we say I'm not good enough or they didn't see me, I require them to see or honor me so that I can continue to do this. The moment we push our energy down we can't do the next step of our life purpose and that is to transform the energy. All this information so we can choose, Discern, Decide and then we transform it. We activate it in a new way. We expand it and amplify it in whatever way we can do. We can change the energy but we cannot change the energy into an upward spiral if we are feeling defeated, Deflated and if we are in a conditional loop of reliance, Dependence and neediness. You will always be played inside of that loop. Watch them carefully, Really become careful about that. You will hear that frequency coming in when your language comes in with a must, Should, Have to, Obligation, Burden, Duty, Responsibility. When we're saying those kind of things that language will tell you right away that you're not in your sovereignty. You are not fully integrating all of you. You are holding yourself in as a particle, Just a little bit of something that needs something else to make it powerful. Out goes all of that stuff. All of this must, Should, Have to, Need, Requirements. Just drop it. Stand back in your sovereignty. Now we can start to activate. This is what I would love to do. This is what makes me excited. This is what motivates me. This is a pure delight for me to do this. If all of us started to play that game, Can you imagine how much integrity and honesty we would have? Oh my gosh, It would be a delightful world. We wouldn't have this beholden space where we are beholden to someone else. That we have to beg and plead for something from them so that we can feel okay. We're going to step out of that story and come back into our fullness. Can you feel the sense of this game, My treasures? Can you feel how important it is for us now as a species who is on the threshold of our transformation to step into this different awareness? We cannot blame ourselves. We can't say, Oh for goodness sakes I should know that. Well we've only known a certain program that's all around survival and suffering and hardship. That's the program we've been running. It's done us pretty well. We've got here. We have survived. Amazing. We should have killed each other off a long time ago. We're on the journey towards that if we don't stop playing that game. Incredible that we're here. So don't throw that information away. Don't throw the people away who are giving this information. Just come back into you. Just come back right into you. You're this divine being, A sovereign being of light and love. You're a being that knows so much because your heart and your soul know so much. And it's because of your longing for more love, More kindness, More recognition. Because you long for that you know who you are. If you didn't care one toot about how someone felt about you, You'd either be standing in that place of complete confidence, Awareness of self, Or you would be in that place of just saying well I don't care about you and you're disregarding everybody around you. When we're pushing energy away we get a push back for every action. There's an opposite and equal reaction. We're going to feel the force of it and we're going to feel the disruption of it. So there has to be a middle place and that middle place is where we stand. If you go with your hands one to the one side, One to the other, Left palm open, Right palm open, This and that, This is playing and that's going on, But something's in the middle. Guess what? It's you. You and your divine heart. Your divine heart is right in the middle. That is the clue to it all. That's why this hits the heart meridian. That's why it causes us great heartache when we are not seen, Honored, And valued. That heartache is not coming because others haven't seen you. That heartache is coming because you have not seen you. Take a deep breath into that. A long slow out-breath. Just feel that now. Anchor your energy. Hold the space that you're in. Honor it. You, This beautiful, Unique, One-time deal, Never ever again, In all time, Has been, Will be, You. You are a one-time deal for this life journey. Stand in that, The completeness of it. There is nothing you have to do as a human to be more wonderful than the gift of life that you already are, That God breathed into you. There is nothing you can do as a human, And there's no other human that can give or do or show you anything that's going to know how to touch that part of you that is your pure essence. Only you. Only you will ever be able to connect to your essence. I always think my job is to remind you who you are. That I can do. Hopefully you're getting it. Remember who you are, My lovelies. Divine beings of light and love here on time, A pivotal time in this human story. So you stand here. Remember you. Remember you in this life. There's so many ways to show up, And there's so many of us showing up in all those different ways. You've got your side covered. I've got mine covered with a bit of luck. You do you, And I'll do me. Let's do what it is that makes us happy and complete and fulfilled and delighted without playing in the game of dependence, Reliance, Neediness, Standing there like beggars with our hands open pleading for someone to acknowledge and see us. You see you. You love you. You hold and honor you. Can you feel the energy of that? Let's do one more lovely thing in this. When you take your hands, You know how you can put a little hug around your baby finger with the other hand. So see if you can do that now. See if you can hug this baby finger on one of your hands right now. And as you do that, Take a deep breath into your being. Open your chest, Your lungs, And fill yourself up with this life force energy that is always here and around you. How wonderful that it's right here. And we breathe into this beautiful being. We claim our magnificence. We say these magical words, I am. Feel that deep mmm as you drop the am down through your chest. Let it resonate into your heart. Let it awaken you from deep within I am. You're a one time magical being. It's here on a mission that is filled with all the essence and the divine codes. There is so much more that is coming through towards us so that we can hold the space we're already in. There's no time to grow another you or someone close enough. You are the one who's here holding that space. Stand in it. Stand in your space. Doesn't have to look like anything. Doesn't have to be anything. But you, My love, Are everything in that space. You are a complete divine package. You have access to so much more through your multidimensional being. We think it's just us as a human with our five little senses that's going to understand its life and interpret itself. So much more. So much more. We are multilevel, Multidimensional processing beings of love and light. There's so much more. When we stop depending and relying on everything and everyone around us to show up in a certain way so that we can be happy, We grow up. And we grow into who we truly are. Non-dependent, Non-reliant, Holding the space of grace and love. I honor me. I am a divine being of light and love. I am here on purpose. I am. I'm holding the light, The light of all that is. And let that divine light delight you. Fill you up with the divine light. Seek through this mind-body being, Opening up your heightened perceptions, Amplifying your frequencies. Seek every moment of the day that which delights you. See if you can play that game. Take a deep breath. Drop that in. Put the two palms of your hands together just in a prayer. Hold the balance of you in the center now. Feel the strength and feel that energy that's been recharged on that little pinky meridian. It connects straight to your heart. It travels all the way up your arm and then across your chest and connects with your heart. Precious being of light and love, I am. Have you got the balance? Have you got you in the center? Are you strong, My love? Of course you are. Hold yourself now with all the integrity that you think others should show and give and respond to you in that way. You hold yourself with that integrity and then you have it. Well done, My lovelies. That's the way we do it. Let's take a deep breath in. Long, Slow out-breath. Relax, Relax the skin on your beautiful face. Let it just be soft and calm. Drop your shoulders. Soften your tummy. Feel the connection to the earth and open the space at your crown so that you can receive all the guidance, Love, Downloads, Information, Whatever it is that is for your most divine and most sacred life journey. May that come pouring into your awareness and may you be able to move with it in the most exceptional way. Beautiful you. Thank you for you. So much love.
