Feeling the spaciousness here as we invite the golden light down past the eyes,

Sensing the Holy Spirit dissolving and disintegrating that egoic shield,
Feeling the layers of ego melting away as the heart expands and fills with beautiful golden light,

We take our attention now to our feet as we invite our Divine Mother Earth up through the soles of our feet,

Feeling the energy rise up through your legs,

Welcoming in the divine feminine energy as your heart continues to expand,
Mixing and blending and balancing with the divine masculine now,
