Beautiful soul.
Welcome to this meditation to reactivate your divine channel.
I truly believe that we're all divine creatures here to fulfill or live a specific mission or prophecy,
As a friend of mine recently called it.
And to fulfill this mission in the most loving,
Beautiful,
Pleasurable,
Joyful way,
We can call upon the energy,
The force,
The power of God,
Goddess,
Cosmos,
Universe,
And our great mother of the earth as well.
That's what I'd love to support you to do in these upcoming 10 minutes or so.
I invite you to get comfortable seated or lying down.
Just taking a moment to land.
Ensuring that any distractions are turned off or making sure that you can be here in this moment.
Feel yourself fully present.
Once you've gotten to your most comfortable position,
Allowing the breath to sink down into your belly,
To slow down,
To soften.
Perhaps sighing out on the out breath,
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.
We will begin by welcoming the cosmic energy that we are.
Bringing your focus to the top of your head,
The top of your crown,
Where 144 petaled flower is positioned.
And from every single petal,
A thread weaves itself upwards into the sky,
Into the cosmos,
Into God,
Goddess,
Or whichever word you prefer.
And through these 144 threads,
A golden liquid starts to drop down into your being.
Filling your entire head like a cosmic honey,
Anointing every part of you.
Through your throat,
Into your central channel,
Past the heart,
Your solar plexus,
Sacral root.
Filling your entire chest,
Belly,
Womb,
Your arms,
Your fingers,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles,
Your feet.
Every cell starts to vibrate.
A frequency of recognition of oh yeah,
I am indeed this divine creature.
And all I need to do is remember.
This cosmic honey continues dripping into your entire body,
Touching every bone,
Every tissue,
Every part of you.
And from your perineum,
This cosmic honey drips down into the earth,
Making the first vertical connection from top to bottom.
A continuous flow of this honey keeps moving through you.
Any discomfort,
Any dis-ease,
Any old stories,
Patterns,
Belief systems are gently dissolved by this honey.
From your perineum,
You imagine a root growing into the earth,
Into our Great Mother.
This being that's always there,
That embraces us,
The power of the tea always holding us in place,
Safe,
Protected,
Guided.
Through this root,
Our Great Mother shoots up her loving energy.
A sparkling,
Iridescent,
Golden frequency moves up.
From bottom to top,
Again filling every part of your body.
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles,
Your toes,
Your hips,
Your organs,
Your entire spinal column,
Your central channel.
Up through your ribs,
Your lungs,
Your heart into the shoulders.
Glistening,
Sparkling through your arms,
Your elbows,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
And up through your throat,
Filling your entire skull,
Your lips,
Your tongue,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your third eye,
Your brain.
All the way up into every petal of the 144-petaled flower on your crown.
And this scintillating,
Iridescent energy flows upright into the sky,
Kissing sun,
Moon,
Stars.
And with that,
You're anointed with cosmic honey,
An iridescent,
Sparkling earth energy.
You immediately feel elevated and at home.
For these two powers are always available for you,
Always moving through you.
Yet so very often we're not present.
And forget that we are truly magical.
Star seeds in a human vessel.
These two energies come together in a spiral in the center of your chest,
In your heart.
And they wish to support your biggest desire,
Your biggest dream.
Placing a hand on your heart and feeling what is your deepest desire.
Let your imagination go wild for everything is possible.
All is available.
So what is that desire?
No limitations whatsoever.
When you found something,
When your heart has spoken,
Can you take it five steps further?
What is the next level?
And place this desire in the middle of this spiral of cosmic honey and iridescent,
Sparkling earth energy.
Bring your breath to your heart space and allow your desire to ripple out into your entire being.
The golden honey hugs your desire.
The iridescent,
Sparkling earth energy brings life into your desire.
Your central channel is fully activated and balance is restored.
You,
Dear one,
Are a god or a goddess yourself.
Can you truly honor yourself as this divine creature that you are?
So often we find it easier to honor and revere an outside deity or person.
Yet you are it.
You are the ultimate expression of God,
Goddess.
You deserve all your desires.
You deserve to live the most loving,
Joyful,
Pleasurable life.
Anchoring in these two beautiful energies with a deep breath.
Feeling where your energy is at now.
Noticing the cosmic energy flowing through the flower at your crown once more.
And traveling down to your perineum,
Where earthly energy continues to flow,
Rejuvenating all of you.
Trusting that your desire is already there.
On some timeline,
There's already a version of you that's living this exact desire.
We call it into our now moment,
Into our bodies.
With that,
Taking three final deep breaths.
Coming back to your body,
Back to your space.
And trusting that all will unfold under divine grace and in the most magical ways.
Slowly,
Slowly wiggling your toes,
Your feet,
Your fingers.
And checking in with your body if you wish to come back right now,
If you wish to enjoy this moment of presence for a few more moments.
If you wish to come back,
Noticing your surroundings,
The clothes touching your skin,
The air moving through your nostrils,
The heartbeat in your chest.
And ever so gently,
Wiggling your eyes open and landing back in this now moment.
