So close your eyes and just stay in the stillness for a second,
For a moment.
And taking a slow,
Gentle breath in,
Exhaling,
Slow,
Gentle breath in again,
Exhaling,
Gentle breath in again.
And gathering back your energy from your to-do list,
Thoughts,
Emotions that are projected on the outside,
Just gathering back your energy and keeping it in your auric space.
I'm now going to count you back from 10 to 1.
And as I count you backwards,
I'd like you to imagine you're walking down a beautiful wooden staircase,
Hearing the sounds of your footsteps on the staircase.

Deeper and deeper,
7,

Deeper and deeper,
4,
3,
2,
And 1.
As you step down the staircase,
You notice you're standing in front of this very big wooden door.
I'd like you to push that door with all your might.
You enter this massive library,
The library of your subconscious.
I now set the intention with your higher self,
Universal God energy,
Mother Earth energy,
And your subconscious to release old patterns,
Old beliefs,
And create space for the new lessons,
For the new instructions,
So it can actually be your powerhouse.
On that note,
Notice yourself entering this beautiful library.
Does it have carpet on the floor?
Do you smell that smell of the library,
Of books,
Of pages,
Of covers?
And you notice all the different bookshelves with all this information,
Core beliefs,
Coping mechanisms,
Sabotaging mechanisms,
Stories that are just packed in the back,
That were unprocessed,
Suppressed,
Or even not important,
Stories that your subconscious just picked up when you're randomly walking on the road,
Seeing people,
But not noticing,
But your subconscious was still picking up all this information.
Stories of certain smells,
Certain aromas,
Certain fragrances,
Certain music,
Certain foods,
Stories of dreams that made sense,
Stories of dreams that made no sense,
Everything stored in the subconscious library.
I'd like you to walk to the end of this library,
Where you see this beautiful library of books,
Yet massive bookshelf.
And this one is where all core beliefs are.
One section,
One entire shelf for core beliefs around money,
One entire shelf on core beliefs around relationship,
And the next four or five shelves are all core beliefs around worthiness.
I'd like you to grab a ladder and begin to bring down all those books,
Thin ones,
Thick ones,
Spiral ones,
All of them,
Bring down the books on the self-worth.
Whatever your consciousness has about worthiness,
About deserving,
About receiving,
About dreaming,
Bring them all down onto the table in this library.
I'm going to give you a moment.
As you lay them out on the table,
Let's invite your higher self to join you in this library.
To start sorting out these books of belief systems that no longer serve you.
Some of it served you to this moment,
Some of it never served you,
But whatever doesn't serve you from this moment onwards,
Begin to sort them out onto one side.
And it could be the entire book,
The entire set of books,
Or it could be one book,
Or it could be one page,
Whatever is it that your mind reveals to you.
Bring it to the side and begin to lay it into a cart,
Like a shopping cart.
Having fun with your higher self while you start laying that out,
Representing to your energy that I have free will,
I can choose to change what my subconscious stores because my subconscious runs 80% of the decisions I make.
And in my power as a soul in this body,
In my power of free will,
I am changing the narrative of my subconscious.
So start putting these books into the cart and begin to roll it out with your subconscious.
Leaving the library,
Going out into the open and setting up a little bit of a bonfire,
Throwing those books in there saying,
Thank you for serving me,
But it's no longer part of my story.
You don't need to see the belief systems,
You don't need to see the unworthiness,
You don't need to see the stories or anything,
We're just going to let it go with ease.
And begin to let that energy go,
Allowing it to leave your subconscious library,
But also release from the energy fragments of your body.
So be in stillness while that energy releases.
As that continues to release into the dust,
Into the air,
Into the fire,
Come back into the library with your higher self.
And as you sit at that big brown table,
That wooden table,
You can smell that actual real wood,
Notice if there are other books there,
And then open up this massive book,
Saying,
What I feed my subconscious,
And begin to write into it,
Either you or your higher self.
I am worthy.
I am receiving of all the abundance,
The love,
The prosperity that life has.
I am cognizant of the direction and guidance that the higher self,
My higher self,
Leads me into.
I believe in myself,
I don't doubt myself when I receive my messages,
In whichever way you receive your messages.
I am compassionate to myself,
And that's why to others.
I am easy in receiving messages,
In releasing the past,
So my energy is always light.
I am wise to know when to let go and when to pursue.
And notice that book is going to be the same journal.
It receives information from your journal to whatever is it you are going to choose to feed into your subconscious library.
So when your energy drops,
When you're in a trigger mode,
When you're in a possible doubt mode,
Your subconscious will now access information from this book of what to do.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhaling and closing that massive book.
Knowing that you have free will,
You have choice,
And your consciousness,
Your subconscious is a powerhouse,
But you will infuse in the powerhouse how to work for you.
You get up from that library,
Picking that book,
Holding it beside your arm,
Close to your body,
Walking out of your library.
And noticing as you step out,
You notice all the books on the shelves,
Some of them have just gone missing,
Because all the stories attached to the past release those stories,
Release those memories.
Keeping your subconscious library ready for more and more information that is relevant to your growth,
Relevant to your healing,
Relevant to your path ahead.
As you step out of your library of your consciousness,
Bring your attention back to wherever you are,
Setting the intention now at a deeper level.
My intention is,
My subconscious is fed with my lessons,
With my wisdom,
And when I don't know what is right or wrong,
Or I'm in unawareness,
It is fed with the wisdom and the guidance of my higher self.
This and only better.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhaling,
Bringing your attention back to wherever you're sitting,
Knowing that your powerhouse is now aligned and wired to your highest and best.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
