This is a very short explanation of the benefits of breath-focused meditation. There are way more and they can be explained in a more detailed way however, I created this audio as a short guide while working on the "Boosting Your Concentration" meditation. It can be helpful to get a short glimpse of the benefits.
Thank you for listening!
Something that i want to explain about this meditation is that our mind is like a muscle and if we but if we consciously choose to focus our awareness somewhere either in our breath in a candle or in an object in our environment not on the internet like not in scrolling on social media and stuff like that but more in the physical realm something like that with time our concentration improves and especially for students or people who work with information with time you will notice that your concentration really gets better because just like with the muscles the more you go to the gym for example and lift weights the more used your muscles are to lifting weights the same thing with our mind the more you focus in concentration in consciously choosing to concentrate somewhere the more able you are to concentrate and it is really easier to work or to study this is a type of meditation that i've been practicing for years now no matter what practice i put in my day there is always some time for breathing concentration for breathing meditation and the reason why this is so important to me is because i have noticed great benefits from this meditation during time especially in a time when our brains are cooked by the great amount of information and cheap dopamine that we have access to in a daily basis this kind of meditation is very helpful when it comes to being centered in yourself increasing your concentration and in the long it is very helpful with homeworks with study or elaborating certain information and this is why even though for some people it may feel a bit frustrating or boring i highly recommend practicing it if you can sending you guys so much love and thank you for being here
