I invite you to sit or lay in a comfortable position and breathe.
I invite you to close your eyes and connect with your breath.
Slowly inhale through your nose and allow your lips to open as you exhale through your mouth.
I invite you to continue this circle breathing as I guide you through your Mother Nature meditation.
Notice how your mind begins to soften and relax.
Notice how your body begins to soften and relax.
Allow your mind to focus on how each breath enters and leaves the body.
Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper with every suggestion.
Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.
Visualize yourself walking through a lush forest.
Beautiful with green,
Yellow,
Oranges,
Beautiful color,
Nature all around you.
As you slowly walk through this lush forest,
You move away branches to find a huge hidden waterfall.
Slowly approaching the waterfall,
Allow yourself to wade in the waters.
As you start to feel the warm water on your feet and then your ankles and then your shins and then your legs,
You walk all the way into her waters.
As you feel the healing powers of the water,
Every cell of your body turns on.
Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.
Start to play and frolic in the waters,
Allowing yourself to be free,
Feeling connected to Mother Earth.
Soon,
Once you are ready,
Gently lie back into the water and allow her to hold you.
The water is warm and soft on your back.
As you gaze up into the sky,
Looking in the sky,
Slowly the day turns to night and you can see the stars.
You feel completely safe and secure and supported,
Arms out wide like a star.
Legs and body relax.
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
Visualize yourself slowly floating calmly towards the waterfall.
As it falls into the water,
You see this beautiful,
Magical life.
As you start to enter the waterfall,
Feel every inch of your body being massaged by her powerful,
Magical waters.
You surrender fully to her love as she gently cleanses you mentally,
Spiritually,
And physically from head to toe.
As you continue to float into her belly,
You feel her warm embrace all around you.
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
As you surrender to her love,
You feel nurtured,
Loved,
And protected in every cell of your body.
Now as you sit in the belly of the waterfall,
Feel your body fill up with warmth.
Allow your mind to fill up with love,
Knowing that you are divinely supported and provided for.
Allow yourself to thank Mother Nature for holding you,
For cleansing you,
And for protecting you.
In this moment,
Say thank you,
Mother Nature.
Thank you.
Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale,
Feeling this deep sense of wholeness,
This deep sense of being nurtured.
Scan your body and see if any part of you needs a little more love.
Take a deep inhale and exhale as you send the love to wherever you need it most.
Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper.
Slowly you walk out of the belly of the waterfall,
Back into the lush forest to return back into your life.
As you walk,
Your head is high,
Your heart is open,
And you are confident and empowered.
Feel yourself moving forward with confidence,
Grace,
And peace of mind.
When you are ready,
Slowly blink your eyes open,
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
Start to journal any divine downloads or insights that came through.
