Today we will focus on self-love and healing,
Allowing your heart to open and receive the kindness it deserves.
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep,
Slow breath in and exhale gently,
Releasing tension.
Inhale golden light into your chest and exhale all heaviness away.
Bring your awareness to the centre of your chest,
Your heart space.
Imagine a small golden lotus blooming there.
With every inhale the lotus opens wider,
Filling your chest with warmth,
Compassion and peace.
With every exhale,
Let go of self-criticism,
Doubt and old wounds.
Picture yourself surrounded by a golden glow,
As if the universe is wrapping you in love.
See this golden light flowing gently into your heart,
Healing old scars and filling you with calm.
Feel that you are supported,
Safe and deeply loved.
Silently or out loud repeat after me with kindness.
I am worthy of love.
I accept myself as I am.
I forgive myself and choose peace.
I am open to receiving love and kindness.

Take one more deep breath in,
