Welcome to day three of Mantras and Mindfulness.

Today's mantra is,

I am present in each moment.

When we honor each moment with our presence,

We're fully able to enjoy our lives and the company of those around us.

Too many things aim to distract us and keep us disconnected.

Cell phones,

Social media,

Television,

Tablets,

Video games,

The list goes on and on.

When we're doing too many things at once,

We miss out on the things that truly matter the most.

The way your baby looks up and smiles at you,

Or a butterfly gently resting on a flower.

Moments like these come and go so fast,

But when we are present,

We can appreciate the way they make us feel.

That feeling will stay with us forever.

Much more meaningful than scrolling through a feed or a timeline.

Don't miss out on the ordinary moments that truly make life extraordinary.
