Welcome.
This is Crystal,
And this is your guided yoga nidra practice for manifesting your desires.
This is a special yoga nidra as we are beginning to align with the spring season that is ahead of us.
In the astrological new year,
This is the time we want to be planting our seeds.
This is the time we want to be connecting fully to our desires.
This is the time to envision what we truly,
Truly want deep in our heart.
We get an opportunity now to connect with our heart's greatest desires.
We get an opportunity to really land in the space of manifesting as yoga nidra really supports this journey always.
Especially now at this time of spring,
As the days grow longer,
As the flowers start to bloom,
And as the trees start to fill,
So do we as humans.
We awaken.
We get inspired.
We feel alive.
And when we connect to those desires at this time of year,
We feel unstoppable.
Give yourself this time to journey with this very beautiful yoga nidra practice,
And practice it over and over again through this season of spring,
Until it really starts to settle in your subconscious mind for when you decide what you want to grow in your garden.
As you arrive in your practice,
Take the intentional time to get comfortable.
That may look like closing your door to your bedroom.
That may look like dimming the lights.
It may look like running essential oils to create more of a relaxing atmosphere as you breathe in.
And smell the essential oils.
You take your time to arrive on the ground,
Or on your bed,
Or on your couch,
Wherever you may be practicing.
Comfort is necessary here.
So we can give our body this time to let go,
To settle,
So we can deepen our practice as you move along.
Begin to do a few wiggles.
Adjust your head,
Adjust your neck,
Your shoulders,
And take a gentle scan down your body so you can begin to fully arrive.
As you are here,
You can have your arms long by side,
Or if it is helpful for you to connect to your breath,
You can have one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
And in this moment,
Give yourself the opportunity to breathe,
To feel your breath,
To hear your breath,
The natural rise and the fall,
The inhale and the exhale.
Begin to explore your breath in this moment.
As you breathe in,
In through the nose,
Feel the rise.
And as you breathe out,
Out of the nose or out of the mouth,
Feel the fall.
In through the nose,
Feel the rise.
And out,
Feel the fall.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And as you are here and as you are exhaling in this moment,
Sink further and further into the support underneath you.
Further and further into the support underneath you.
From here,
We will begin our practice by connecting to the heart,
The anahata chakra,
The heart center.
In this space,
You're going to begin to call in your intention,
The one that you are working with this year,
Your desire of what you want.
What seed are you planting in your garden?
Connect to your intention,
Your sankalpa.
What are you calling in for this spring?
What are you going to watch bloom for yourself in this life?
What do you truly want?
How do you truly want to feel?
How do you want to show up for yourself?
How do you want to give yourself the love that you deserve so you can go forth with passion,
With purpose,
With energy,
Yet grounded,
Confident,
And secure of your path and of your desires?
Begin to settle in your heart.
Maybe you start to visualize different scenarios,
What you're doing,
Who you're around,
Who you're with.
Start to connect to those desires in the heart physically,
And also in your mind as you begin to see what you want.
From here,
We'll make our way into our body scan,
The rotation of consciousness.
Begin to follow along with the sound of my voice.
If you lose track,
There is time to return over and over again.
Let yourself settle once again as you breathe out and enjoy this journey.
Begin to draw your attention to the center of your forehead,
Your mind's eye,
Right eye,
Left eye,
Right cheek,
Left cheek,
The bridge of your nose,
Right nostril,

Notice both of your lips,
The tip of your tongue,
The root of your tongue,
The center of your throat,
The pit of your throat,
Right collarbone,
Left collarbone,
The center of your chest,
Your heart center.
Gently follow the right side of your body,

Notice all toes on your right foot,
All toes on your right foot,

Notice both hips.
Begin to follow the left side of your body,
Left hip,

Notice all toes on your left foot,

Notice your diaphragm,
Your belly,
Your belly button,
The base of your spine,
Your tailbone,
The back of your ribcage,
Left shoulder blade,
Right shoulder blade,
The space between both shoulder blades.
The back of your neck,
Back of your head,
Crown of your head,
Forehead,
Your mind's eye center,
The space between both eyebrows.
Begin to notice your natural breath,
The natural flow of your breath.
Imagine breathing in through the center of your forehead and out through the center of your forehead.
Imagine breathing in through the center of your forehead and out through the center of your forehead.
Begin to keep your energy and your breath in the space of your forehead and your mind's eye center as you begin to clear the space through the third eye.
Imagine breathing in through the third eye and out through the third eye.
Imagine breathing in through the third eye and out through the third eye.
Let yourself settle in the space of the third eye.
From here,
We'll take a journey through nature.
Keep your attention on your third eye as you use this space to see what is ahead.
Imagine you are lying in a beautiful meadow at the edge of a quiet forest.
The grass is soft beneath you.
You can hear the gentle rustle of the leaves and the breeze.
The air smells fresh and clean with a hint of pine and wildflowers.
Above you,
The sky is a soft blue,
Clouds drifting by.
Feel the sun's warmth on your skin,
Safe,
Nourishing,
And steady.
Every cell in your body absorbs this light.
Your muscles loosen.
Your jaw softens.
A deep sense of peace washes over you.
Now imagine walking slowly,
Slowly into the forest.
Notice the feet,
The ground.
The path is shining with sunlight through the trees.
Each step you take feels grounding and steady.
You notice the details,
The sound of birdsong,
The scent of the earth,
And the cool shade around you from the trees.
You come to a small clearing with a still,
Reflective pool.
When you look into the water,
You see your desires.
You see your truest self.
You see the person you are becoming and everything that you want.
As you look into this calm pool of water,
What do you see?
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
How are you feeling?
What are you wearing?
Get really specific and start to connect with what you want for yourself.
What is your heart desire for in your life?
Notice yourself in nature,
Looking into this water and seeing what you want.
Let yourself connect deeply with this image.
This is who you are.
This is who you are.
Start to notice your body.
Feel the weight of your muscles and the weight of your bones.
Breathe in.
Feel the rise of the breath.
Breathe out.
Feel the fall of the breath.
Breathe in.
Rise of the breath.
Breathe out.
The fall of the breath.
Notice your body resting.
Notice that you've been practicing yoga nidra.
Before you go on with your day,
We'll take a moment to connect physically to the body,
To squeeze through the muscles and a big sigh to let anything go that is not serving our desires.
This is a somatic style practice and you can stay here lying down.
As you take an inhale,
Start to curl the toes,
Make fists,
Start to scrunch the face,
Squeeze the glutes,
Squeeze the core.
Bigger breath in.
As you breathe out,
Soften the whole body.
Let it go.
Two more times.
Inhale.
Make fists,
Curl the toes,
Squeeze your muscles,
Activate.
As you breathe out,
Big sigh,
Release.
One more time.
Big breath in.
Big squeeze all the muscles,
Ignite them,
Hold.
As you breathe out,
Big sigh.
Thank yourself for taking this journey.
Practice over and over again through the spring season to allow your garden to truly grow,
To blossom into the sunlight.
