This first session is called Chamomile Dreams and let it be a gentle landing into your morning,

Your afternoon or your evening.

Boil your water with intention,

As if calling peace into form.

As the steam rises,

Place the chamomile flowers in your cup,

Golden and light,

They carry a child's innocence.

Pour the hot water slow,

Watching the transformation.

As the tea steeps,

Take a deep breath in and release it.

Allow the tension to melt from your shoulders.

This is your time to rest,

To return to softness.

Hold your cup,

Feel its warmth,

Inhale the sweet,

Apple-like scent of chamomile.

Let the aroma be a lullaby to your spirit and take your first sip mindfully.

With each swallow,

Invite your nervous system to unwind.

With each breath,

Return to the quiet garden inside you.

You are safe,

You are loved and you are allowed to rest.
