This meditation is for moments when abundance feels just out of reach. You may desire more ease with money, time, relationships, work, or support. Instead of trying to force a new feeling, this practice takes a gentler approach. You will be guided to access a memory or inner knowing of abundance that already exists in your life and allow that familiar, safe feeling to soften the area where you desire more. Because the nervous system learns through what feels familiar, this meditation supports receiving by starting with what already feels safe and recognizable. You are invited to return to this practice daily for at least seven days and simply notice what begins to shift, without effort or pressure. This is not about manifesting harder. It is about creating safety, trust, and openness to receive.
