The full wolf moon got its name because the wolves are more likely to be howling at the moon during the January full moon.
You know,
I love Native American in the way they,
I mean,
It's just,
It's just beautiful,
Right?
The wolves howling,
So check this out.
It's so interesting how everything is so connected,
Right?
So wolves howling are them communicating with each other.
Okay?
So this then is a time of communication.
Okay,
Now work with me here.
Right?
Mercury,
The planet of communication is retrograde.
Right?
It to me,
That's just crazy because it's like,
You know,
You've got the wolf full moon,
It's like this beautiful Native American spirit and then you've got astrology,
Kind of sort of like the same thing.
Isn't that interesting?
Wolves are like great omens and very,
Very powerful,
Very powerful,
Right?
They are protectors and very spiritual.
And it is said that as we come into our own spiritually,
As we become more spiritual in our own lives,
We tend to understand and feel that we are more spiritual in our own lives.
We tend to understand and feel that wolf energy more profoundly.
I just think that's amazing.
I just,
I just think that's amazing.
To,
To feel,
To be able to feel that protection and that nurturing spirit and that power,
That spiritual.
Wolf spirit.
You know?
So wolves also tend to be very adaptive to their surroundings,
Right?
So they can easily like explore new territories and specifically this time of year,
You know,
Like I was saying,
You know,
In the,
In the January full moon,
They are tending to how let the moon more communicating with each other,
Right?
As they become more confident in their surroundings and they grow,
Right?
In terms of with each other,
Right?
So now what's fascinating about this is as they become more confident in this,
In their surroundings,
What about us?
What about our relationship to this?
Doesn't this be great for us to become more confident in our surroundings?
So if you think about it in terms of all of this,
It's so interesting that we are feeling the effects of Mercury being retrograde,
The planet of communication,
And this is the full wolf moon.
I mean,
It's,
It's so cool how it's all so intertwined.
There are no accidents about all this,
Right?
So I know I sound like a broken record when I say this,
But right now with the wolf full moon and Mercury being retrograde,
Right now we need that little gentle reminder that we need to adhere to the three P's.
And I don't know if you guys remember,
But I taught every time Mercury becomes retrograde,
I'm reminded of my three P's,
Right?
And I keep moving forward,
Right?
The three P's are patience,
Positivity,
And persistence.
And it's so,
So good to remember that right now.
It's so good to remember that right now because if you think about it,
Things are kind of nutty.
Things get kind of just a little bit crazy in our worlds,
You know,
With the communication because,
You know,
Mercury being the planet of communication.
Now,
Communication isn't just,
It is,
But it's,
It's about speaking back and forth with somebody,
But it's also about,
I hate to say it,
Tech stuff,
You know,
Our communication,
Getting our point across the way we want to.
And it's all about the tech stuff too,
Right?
So when weird things start happening and things start going awry,
Have some patience,
Have a little bit of patience,
Have some positivity,
Just chill out,
You know,
With your life with because there's so many people out there that are just living their lives and they're freaking out and they're like going,
You know,
Positivity,
Positivity changes can change everything,
Right?
And then persistence.
If something happens that that is like if you're having a miscommunication with somebody,
You know,
Just have some positivity,
But persistence,
Maybe try again to work that out.
Right?
I love this.
I love this conversation,
You know,
Because so many people get so uptight when Mercury's retrograde.
Oh my god,
You know,
But it doesn't have to be weird.
It doesn't have to be bad.
We have the,
You know,
As long as my whole thing is,
Is as long as we're aware of what's going on,
We can take those three P's and change the whole trajectory of our energy to the rest of the world.
Right?
So today we are going to meditate on empowerment.
Yay.
The full wolf moon energy is such a time when we could feel empowered and emboldened to create and live on our terms.
We have the power to maneuver through those uncertain waters and create what we want for ourselves.
Regardless of what's happening with Mercury and the full moon energy and all of this stuff,
We can go within.
Right?
Right.
So let's get ourselves comfy because we're going to meditate.
All right,
So let's sit just very gently with ourselves.
Close your eyes whenever it feels right.
Very good.
So what are you grateful for today?
What is going good in your life that you can actually find the positive of?
What are you grateful for today?
It might be that you're grateful for the snow.
It might be that you're grateful for the sun.
Right?
You might be grateful for your health.
So,
So many things,
Small and large,
To be grateful for.
So our mantra for today,
We're going to sit in the stillness for just a few minutes.
Our mantra for today is very powerful.
And relates to all that we're discussing today.
My dreams become my reality.
When I feed my divine soul.
My dreams become my reality when I feed my divine soul.
Beautiful.
Isn't that amazing?
Very powerful.
So I'll repeat this one more time for us and just sit gently with yourselves.
And if you lose the mantra,
That's absolutely fine.
You can always go back to just saying OM or you can just concentrate on your breath.
Whatever is right for you,
Whatever happens,
There is no wrong.
The beauty of meditation,
There is no wrong.
But we start out with our mantra today.
