Noticing your base or root chakra right at the base of your spine,
The colour red.
Your root chakra keeps you connected to the earth and feeling stable in life.
You can find yourself grounding.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Side out.
In through the nose.
Relax further.
One more to completely settle in here.
And let go.
When this chakra is balanced,
We feel secure,
Grounded,
Stable.
We feel patient and healthy,
Full of courage.
And when we are imbalanced,
We get insecurity.
We worry about the future.
Maybe become a little self-centred and angry.
Disconnected with earth and mother nature.
And physically we can also get lower back pain or even ailments in the legs or feet.
To strengthen this chakra back,
To find that balance,
We can reconnect with mother earth.
Go for a walk along the beach or forest or just outside.
Step out with bare feet on grass or sand once in a while,
If not every day.
You can also balance this root chakra by simply just working in the garden,
Getting your hands into the ground.
Even your feet.
Just connect.
The affirmations that you can say to yourself are as follows.

I am nourished by nature.
