Where Clarity Lives is a gentle meditative poem inviting you into inner stillness. Inspired by the yogic principle of Saucha — the practice of inner clarity, cleanliness, and simplicity, this spoken reflection offers a quiet space to release mental clutter, soften the breath, and return to what feels clean, simple, and true within you. Rather than effort or fixing, this practice rests in listening — allowing clarity to arise naturally through presence and ease. Inspired by the yogic principle of inner cleanliness and clarity, this meditation supports moments of pause, reflection, and calm awareness. You may return to this poem whenever you wish to reconnect with simplicity, steadiness, and the quiet clarity that already lives inside you.

The poem on Sausha.

The poem is titled Where Clarity Lives.

Where Clarity Lives.

There is a room inside the soul where nothing gathers dust,

No clocks,

No lists,

No crowded thoughts,

Just silence shaped by trust.

The door swings open when you breathe,

Not deep but wide and true.

You step beyond the noise you wear into a softer view.

The stream outside runs crystal clear.

It doesn't push or strain,

It simply moves and in its flow it teaches how to clean.

A leaf falls in,

It floats away,

No guilt,

No grasp,

No claim.

Not every burden must be solved,

Some pass without a name.

You rinse your hands,

Your heart,

Your mind in waters born of rest.

You wash away what isn't yours and keep what serves you best.

Inside this space,

The light returns,

A quiet,

Glowing tread,

Not something that you found out here but something you had fed.

And when you rise and walk again through forest,

Field or street,

You carry clarity,

Not things.

You feel the ground beneath.

So let the room inside stay clear.

Let stillness be your guide.

For peace is not what we must seek,

It's what we make inside.

Thank you for listening.

Namaste.
