A simple suggestive overall healing for the mind and body. We hold within us all that is needed to heal ourselves. Use this daily and then start to reduce the frequency up to the point that you dont need to use it.

Namaste.

This is a suggestive healing technique for the mind and body based on the work of Mr.

Emile Que.

Sit down and close your eyes simply in order that your attention may not be distracted by the objects around you.

Now tell yourself that every word I say is going to fix itself in your mind and be printed,

Engraved and encrusted in it and there it is going to stay fixed without your will or knowledge.

Perfectly unconsciously on your part you yourself and a whole organism are going to obey.

Firstly three times a day in the morning,

The afternoon and at night.

At the usual meal times you will feel a pleasant sensation of hunger and this will make you think that it would be a nice time to have a meal.

You will then have a meal enjoyably without overeating,

Chewing the food well before swallowing it and knowing that you have chewed your food well your digestion will happen as it should without any pain or discomfort in the stomach or in the intestines.

The nutrients will be absorbed well and the body will be nourished,

Strong and full of energy.

Since the food has been digested well the passing of stools will be normal and every morning on waking up you will feel the need to empty the bowels without the need for any medication,

Supplement or remedy.

You will obtain a normal and satisfying result.

Further to this every night from bedtime until you arise in the morning you will sleep deeply calmly and quietly without any bad dreams and you will wake up feeling well,

Cheerful and active.

Now if you occasionally feel depressed,

Gloomy and if you tend to worry with or without cause from now on you will cease doing so and instead you will feel perfectly at cheer without any specific reason or cause just as you used to feel depressed without any specific reason or cause and further even if you have a real reason for worry or to be depressed you are not going to be so.

With regard to impatience or ill temper if this is what you experience occasionally you will cease to experience this and instead you will always be patient and in control of yourself and the things that worried,

Annoyed or irritated you will leave you absolutely indifferent and perfectly calm and at peace.

If you sometimes experience bad or unwholesome ideas,

Apprehensions,

Fears,

Temptations,

Grudges or aversions against others your imagination will lose sight of this and will melt away and lose itself in a distant cloud and it will disappear completely.

Now all your organs are functioning as they should.

The heart is beating normally and the blood circulates as it should.

The lungs,

Stomach,

Intestines,

Liver,

Kidneys and bladder are all functioning as they should.

If at this given time there's abnormality in any of them that abnormality is reducing every day and soon it will vanish completely and the organs will function normally and if there are any damages or defects in any of these organs they will get better every day and will soon be entirely healed.

To add to this it is important that if up to the present you have lacked confidence in yourself this self-doubt will disappear little by little and will give way to self confidence as we all have this unlimited power within us.

It is of absolute importance to have this confidence.

Without it we struggle with daily living with it we can accomplish whatever our heart desires.

You are then going to have this confidence and this assures you that you are capable of accomplishing whatever you wish to do on the condition that it is reasonable and you are capable of doing whatever it is your duty to do so.

Now whenever you wish to do something or you have a task to complete always think that the task is easy.

Eliminate thinking or saying things like it is difficult it is impossible I cannot do it or I cannot prevent myself from but instead replace this with it is easy and I can.

If you consider it as easy so does it become for you while seeming difficult to others.

You will be able to do your task quickly well and without fatigue and this is because you are doing it without effort.

Contrary to this if you consider the task as difficult or impossible so will it become for you as you would have made your mind believe it to be so.

To summarize in every physical and mental aspect you are going to enjoy excellent health better health than you have enjoyed up to now.

Now when I count to five you will open your eyes and you will do this naturally without feeling drowsy or tired.

Instead you will feel strong energetic active alert and also cheerful and fit throughout your being.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five and now we repeat five times the below phrase every day and in every way I keep getting better and better and better every day and in every way I keep getting better and better and better every day and in every way I keep getting better and Every day and in every way I keep getting better and better and better.

We all carry with us within us the instrument by which we can heal ourselves and I am only a facilitator in this process.

Listen to this recording regularly and start to space it out as you observe your progress and you feel it is no longer necessary to listen to it.
