Hello, My name is Leigh. Welcome to this Stargate meditation. Let me take a moment to give you a brief introduction. This is a completely guided meditation, And the best part is there is nothing for you to do. The more relaxed you are, The more you can connect to the energies. The Stargate is a sacred geometric structure that radiates a conscious energy, An energy that can move you into a deep meditative state within moments. In the meditation, We will be raising the vibrational energy of the Stargate by moving through the dimensional frequencies. Nothing for you to do, You simply relax and allow, And your own energies will naturally begin to harmonize with these higher vibrational energies of the Stargate. Each one of us will have our own unique experience, And no two meditations will be the same. The energies come to you individually and will be perfect for you in the moment. I will be asking each of us to ask for certain things during the meditation. This is an invitation for you to ask silently, And gives your intention and permission to receive and be a part of the meditation. It is important to keep the eyes closed throughout the meditation, That way you can stay focused within and not be distracted. If all this is new to you, Simply relax, Sitting or laying down in a comfortable position, And close your eyes. And inviting your body to relax. Feeling your body relaxing into whatever's beneath you. Bringing your awareness to this moment, Here and now. And see if you can let go even a little bit more, Sinking a little bit deeper. And bring your awareness to your breath, As you breathe in and out. And as you breathe in that next breath, Allow your awareness to go inside your body. Beginning to sense how you feel right now. And seeing if you can even sense the energy that is moving through your body, Every cell of your body, Vibrating, And we're going to begin by inviting the energy of the earth to come up into our bodies and into our energy field. So each one of us will ask inside, We call the energy of the earth, Come up into our body and into our energy field. We are always in the energy of the earth. It's just this invitation to bring your awareness to your connection to our beautiful planet, And her energy vibrating within you and around you. And now we're going to, Each one of us, Imagine forming a stargate around you. And if you're not sure exactly what the stargate looks like, You can imagine yourself within a pyramid. So a pyramid forming around you and your entire body within that structure, The stargate or the pyramid. And you're breathing and relaxing. We're going to activate our own etheric stargate and all of the stargates around the world. So each one of us will ask inside, We're calling now for the activation of all the stargates, All the etheric stargates, And all the physical stargates. You may feel or sense the vibration of the stargate or a subtle shift in and around you, This shift in the energies. And we're going to begin to raise the vibrational frequency of all of the stargates now, Vibrating them a little faster and faster, Moving into the fourth dimensional frequencies and into the fifth dimensional frequencies. We're going to continue to vibrate all of these stargates a little faster, Moving into the sixth dimensional frequencies and into the seventh dimensional frequency ranges. So we're going to pause for just a moment. All of the stargates now, The etheric stargate, And all of the physical stargates, They are all vibrating in the seventh dimensional frequencies. Let's ask for a strong seventh dimensional energy field in all of the stargates. So each one of us will ask inside, We call for a strong seventh dimensional energy field in all the stargates. As we relax in this moment, The energy within and around us naturally begins to harmonize with these frequencies of the seventh dimension. Nothing to do. Relax and allow. And inviting, Just with your intention, This clearing and cleansing through the energy centers of the body, Beginning with the soles of the feet, Moving through the legs to the knees, Sitting and clearing and cleansing the energy center through the front of the body, The back of the body, The root chakra, Moving up to the sacral chakra, The solar plexus, Bringing your awareness through your body and allowing the clearing and cleansing a harmonizing of the energies. Allowing every bit of you to be at 100% infinite potential. Moving into the heart chakra, Front and back, The throat chakra. Moving through the head, The third eye, The pineal gland, Into the crown. Just relaxing and allowing. Allowing any release, Any energy, Any thought form, Any belief in this moment that does not resonate. Easy and effortlessly release. Know that you are safe. Know that you are worthy, That you are deserving. As you relax and allow yourself to be all that you are. We're going to continue now to raise the vibrational frequency of all of the stargates again, Vibrating faster and faster, Moving into the eighth dimensional frequencies. Gently into the ninth dimensional frequency ranges. Continuing to vibrate all of the stargates into the 10th dimensional frequencies. Moving into the 11th dimensional frequencies. And right up into the 12th dimensional frequency ranges where we will pause all the stargates again. In this 12th dimensional frequency ranges of energy. We're going to ask now for a strong 12th dimensional energy field. So each one of us asking inside, We call for a strong 12th dimensional energy field in all the stargates. As we relax in this moment, The energy flowing, Vibrating, Resonating within us and around us. Naturally, Effortlessly beginning to harmonize with these energies of the 12th dimension. Nothing to do. Just with awareness, Can you sense the shifts in your body, This energy moving through you and around you? Every cell of your body vibrating. As this energy moves through the body naturally, Bring balance and harmony throughout the body, The systems of the body, The organs of the body, The muscles. Perhaps there's an area of your body that you just want to bring your awareness to and allowing a balance, A clearing, A cleansing as you relax. And inviting an energy of love for yourself, For your body, This beautiful physical body, Cells vibrating, Inviting love for all of you in this moment and in all moments. We always like to begin the stargate by inviting the energy, The presence of the angels to be with us, This beautiful presence. So let's each one of us ask inside, We call for the energy, For the presence of the angels, The angelic realm coming to join you now within your stargate. This beautiful energy lifting, Supporting, Loving. As you relax, Let go, And trust and acceptance of who you are, The beautiful, The magnificent you. These angels singing, Lighting, Glowing, Vibrating with you in this moment, Supporting all of you, Your energetic body, Your physical body, Your etheric body, All of you supported, Loved, Vibrating in these energies easily and effortlessly. And I'm sensing Saint Germain here with us and his purple flame that he is associated with. So let's invite his energy, His presence to be with each one of us. So each of us asking inside, We call for the presence of Saint Germain and his purple flame and there's no need to, If you don't know who this is, It's okay. Allow yourself to experience the energy of Saint Germain, His support, His love, And that purple flame perhaps moving through your body, Maybe bringing you a transmission, A gift, Knowledge, Wisdom in this moment. What is for your highest good in this moment to be received, Accepted, Released? And there is a benevolent being who guides the Stargate, And this is the Alcazar group, And they are ascended masters, Universal masters. And again, No need to know who they are, If you have not heard of them, But just inviting the energy, The presence of Alcazar, The Alcazar group, Allowing the imagination to experience these energies, This support, Receiving easily and effortlessly in this moment. There's also another group that works closely with the Stargate that are here with us, And that is the Elohim, And they are a council of angels who work very closely with the Stargate. So let's each one of us invite the Elohim. So asking inside, We're calling now for presence, For the energy of the Elohim, Council of angels, And allowing yourself to experience, To feel whatever it is that this energy brings to you, This loving support, This knowledge, And allowing yourself to be supported, A relaxation, A release. I am supported. I allow myself to be supported. I trust myself. I know that I am safe, That I am worthy, That I am deserving, That my very existence is a blessing, Is divine. Know this to be true. Allow, Experience every cell of your body vibrating, Radiating this truth, This truth, The truth of your magnificence, Of your divinity, In every moment of your existence, Allowing that vibration to echo through all of you, In all space, Time, And dimension, In all past, Present, And future, This trust, This knowingness of who you are, Surrendering to truth. For me, Always in this recognition of the love that each one of us encapsulates, Radiates, Is this experience of the love of all, The love of pure oneness, This divine truth of love, And that always brings to mind Mother Mary, And that pure motherly love, Support, Guidance. So each one of us asking inside, We're calling for the presence of Mother Mary, Allowing yourself to be supported, To be loved. In all moments, In this moment, Every cell of your body, Trillions of cells vibrating, Radiating love, Truth, As you relax and allow it to be. And perhaps if there is a place within you that you are feeling, You need a release, Any belief, Thought form, Space of stuckness within you, Whatever body it may be in, Just asking, In this moment, For that love to radiate in that thought, In that belief, In that area, Whatever it may be, Just inviting it to be stronger, To merge the energy fully and completely within you. This pure, Unconditional love, This love of all there is, This divine love, Releasing anything that does not radiate and harmonize with it. It is so. Perhaps calling in that purple flame of Saint Germain, Throughout the body, Any of your bodies, Clearing and cleansing this truth. I'm sensing now the earth, The crystalline energy of the earth now, Wanting to be recognized and called into all of us, Into our bodies, All of our bodies. So each one of us, Inside, We're calling for the crystalline energy of the earth into our bodies, Into the energy field around us, Clearing, Calming, Harmonizing. Perhaps there is light, There might be color, Inviting your imagination to experience this gift. And again, Inviting a release, A relaxation, Breathing and relaxing, Allowing the experience of all that you are, A sense of freedom, Of sovereignty, Of wholeness. In this expansiveness, Imagine that the trillions of cells in your body as if they are the trillions of stars in the night sky. And that space between the stars is that space within your body, Within the cells of your body, The vastness of who you are, Allowing yourself to be fully in your presence, Your beingness, The expansiveness of you, The energy radiating through you, Through your cells and through that space within you and around you. Calling in now this energy of the universe, Whatever that may mean to you, Source energy, God, Whatever it may be, Each one of us asking inside and we're calling the energy of the universe, The energy of the quantum field, The void, Moving through us, Within us, That expansiveness of who we are. As you relax, Knowing your truth, Perhaps separating yourself from any thought or belief or story that may get caught in there in the middle, Doesn't resonate. In this expansiveness, It's releasing it into the space, The blackness, And seeing it as separate from you, As not you. Knowing that every cell of your body vibrates in the knowingness that you are all there is. You are God, You are universe. We are one. Sensing every cell vibrating in this truth, Your truth. And in this truth, This vastness of who you are, This connection to source, To all there is. Let's invite these other beings, These star families as they're called out in the universe, Who you may have connected with or have a connection to one or several of these star families. So calling now, Each one of us calling in the pleiadians. So asking inside, We're calling now for the energy, The presence of the pleiadians. Sensing, Experiencing, What does that energy feel like? Moving through you, Around you. Perhaps inviting them to come closer to merge their energy with your own energy within you. Calling now, Each one of us calling in the Arcturians. So asking inside, We're calling now the presence of the Arcturians. Seeing if you can sense that subtle shift in the different energies of the star beings. Different energies of the star beings. We're going to call now for the Atlanteans. So each of us asking inside, We're calling the presence of the Atlanteans. Allowing your imagination to experience whatever it is for you, These energies. What gifts do they bring? What transmissions, Downloads, What gifts? As you relax and allow. We're also going to invite the Lemurians. So each of us asking inside, We're calling now for the presence of the Lemurians. Their light, Their vibration, Their song, Their sound. There's the presence of a group of stars that would like to join us, A constellation. These are the three sisters of Cassiopeia. Let's invite them. So each one of us asking inside for the presence of the three sisters of Cassiopeia. This energy lighting our different parts of the body, Flowing through you easily and effortlessly. These beautiful gifts for you, The knowingness of who you are, Radiating in your truth and your magnificence. You are love. You are loved and beloved. Right now, This beautiful water, Ocean, Majestic beings of the whales and the dolphins are here. Magic, Wisdom and the knowledge. So each one of us, Each of us asking inside, We're calling for the presence of the whales and the dolphins. Allowing that flow through your body easily and effortlessly. Connecting again with your breath. As you breathe in that next breath, Breathe in the energy of the whales, The energy of the dolphins, Breathing them into your body. Experiencing that flow of energy, The love, The wisdom, The playfulness, This oneness, This connection to all. And when you take that next breath into your body, Allow that breath to carry the energy of gratitude. Breathing gratitude into the body, Into the heart space, Feeling it, Experiencing it flowing through your body, Through your blood, Through your organs, Gratitude, Your muscles, Your tendons, Your bones, Moving through every bit of you, Every cell vibrating in gratitude for your very existence, For this beautiful, Miraculous body that you get to be in, That you get to experience your life in. Gratitude for who you are, For all that you are. Allowing this gratitude to vibrate through all space, Time, Through all dimension, Through all your past, Present and future. Gratitude for being you. Experiencing that energy of gratitude, Feeling the body, Sensing the weight of the body, Feeling the gratitude radiating on the skin and around you, Feeling it vibrating against whatever's beneath you, Really beginning to feel the physicality of you, The gratitude for you, The energy around you. I am magnificent. I am a divine being of light, Of energy, Of sound. Begin to feel your fingertips and the energy radiating from your fingertips, Your palms of your hand, All have energy vibrating from us and there actually is far infrared energy that radiates from the palms of our hands and allow those palms to be on your body and feeling that energy. Maybe there's a specific place on your body, Maybe a quiet space, Wherever, Connecting to the energy of you. And then slowly and gently beginning to move the rest of your body, And really connecting to that energy as you move, The energy radiating from you, The energy around you, The space around you, The space within you, All in your awareness, All at once, All together. And then when you're ready, Very slowly beginning to open those eyes a little at a time and allowing your vision, That sense to see and experience the energy of you, The energy in the room around you. What, What is that? What can you experience as you see the space around you, As you see your body? And just allow, Even for a moment, A smile on your face and loving gratitude for taking this time to reconnect to who you are, To remember the love that you are, And how special you are and cherished you are. And then slowly and gently making your way up and back into a circle. And perhaps you need a drink of water. Slowly bringing yourself back into the circle, Sitting up, And taking a moment to connect with your experience and how you feel in this moment, Acknowledging your experience, Maybe even writing it down.
