Hello, My name is Leigh. Welcome to this Stargate Meditation. Let me take a moment to give you a brief introduction. This is a completely guided meditation and the best part is there is nothing for you to do. The more relaxed you are, The more you can connect to the energies. The Stargate is a sacred geometric structure that radiates a conscious energy, An energy that can move you into a deep meditative state within moments. In the meditation, We will be raising the vibrational energy of the Stargate by moving through the dimensional frequencies. Nothing for you to do, You simply relax and allow and your own energies will naturally begin to harmonize with these higher vibrational energies of the Stargate. Each one of us will have our own unique experience and no two meditations will be the same. The energies come to you individually and will be perfect for you in the moment. I will be asking each of us to ask for certain things during the meditation. This is an invitation for you to ask silently and gives your intention and permission to receive and be a part of the meditation. It is important to keep the eyes closed throughout the meditation, That way you can stay focused within and not be distracted. If all this is new to you, Simply relax, Sitting or laying down in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Inviting your whole body now to relax, Seeing if there's a part of you that feels tense or something that you need to shake out or adjust, Taking the time to really find that space for your body to relax and releasing the tension in the body and the face, The shoulders, And the leg, And the hip, Asking the body to relax. Bring your awareness to your breath, That rhythm of your breath, Breathing in and breathing out. See if you can notice or sense within you or even around you the energy of your body and how you feel right now. We're going to begin by inviting the energy of the earth to come up into our bodies and into our energy field. Each one of us will ask inside, We call for the energy of the earth to come up into our body and into our energy field. The earth is always radiating her energy, Always, And we're just taking a moment to tune in to experience this energy of the earth as it moves through our body and around us and relaxing. Now each one of us, We're going to imagine a stargate forming around us so that our entire body is within a stargate. If you don't know what a stargate looks like, Don't worry about it. Imagine a pyramid. It looks in a very similar way. You're intending a stargate, But you can imagine a pyramid. Just allow yourself to be relaxing within the stargate. Now we're going to activate all of these etheric stargates and all of the physical stargates now around the world, The thousands of stargates. Each one of us will ask inside, We call for the activation of all the stargates. You may or may not sense that energy of the stargate around you. Maybe taking a moment to tune in again to your body and seeing if you can sense any changes, Any slight shifts in the energy or in your body. You just naturally begin to harmonize now with these energies, Your own etheric stargate. We're going to begin to vibrate all of these stargates now. We're going to vibrate them a little bit faster and faster, And in that way we'll be raising the frequency of all of the stargates. So vibrating the stargates, Moving into the fourth dimensional frequencies, Into the fifth dimensional frequencies. We can continue to vibrate all of the stargates a little faster, Moving into the sixth dimensional frequencies, And up into the seventh dimensional frequencies. We're going to pause all of the stargates for just a moment, And all of the stargates now are vibrating in these seventh dimensional frequencies. And where each one of us, We're just breathing and relaxing. As we relax in this moment, Our own energy, The energy flowing in our bodies around us, Within our stargate, All all harmonize in these seventh dimensional frequencies. There's nothing for you to do. These energies flowing through the body, Clearing and cleansing in the body, Bringing balance and harmony. We're going to continue to vibrate all of these stargates now a little faster, Raising the frequency a little more into the eighth dimensional frequencies, Moving into the ninth dimensional frequency ranges, And into the tenth dimensional frequencies, Continuing to vibrate all of the stargates a little faster still, Radiating the eleventh dimensional frequencies, And into the twelfth dimensional frequency ranges, Where we again pause all the stargates, And all the stargates now vibrating in these twelfth dimensional energies. So let's ask for a strong twelfth dimensional energy field. So each one of us will ask inside, We call for a strong twelfth dimensional energy field in all of the stargate. As we relax in this moment, Our own energy naturally begins to harmonize with these energies of the twelfth dimension. We're breathing, And we're relaxing, And we're allowing our bodies to radiate, To vibrate in these higher frequencies. We like to begin by inviting the angels, The angelic realm, To bring their presence, Their energies here with us. So each one of us will ask inside, We call for the energy of the angels, And these energies of the angels now radiating within your stargate, Around you, Within you, Just seeing if you can sense or experience these energies that can be a feeling, That can be a sound, A light, A color, Whatever it is, Just allowing that energy to move freely, Easily, Effortlessly through the body. Every cell of your body, The trillions of cells vibrate, Radiate in these beautiful energies of the angels harmonizing in your body. And there are some archangels who would like to be acknowledged. And if there are any that you feel connected to or feeling and sensing, Just inviting those on your own. But let's each one of us ask inside, We call for the archangel Michael, And feeling, Sensing, Experiencing, And allowing the imagination to really experience these energies of archangel Michael, Perhaps sensing that blue light or the feeler sense of his sword, Just that beautiful sense of safety, Support, Love, Radiating in you and around you. And some of the other archangels, Archangel Gabrielle, Gabrielle, Each of us asking inside, We call the archangel Gabrielle, And inviting archangel Raphael, And also inviting archangel Metatron. So we're calling in archangel Metatron, Breathing and relaxing, Allowing the experience as these energies flow through you and around you. We're also going to invite archangel Sandalphon. So calling in archangel Sandalphon, Loving support, Radiating every cell of your body, Remembering who you are. We're going to now invite some ascended masters. And the first that I would like us to invite is Kuan Yin. And whether you know who she is or not, Just inviting her energy, Her presence to be with us. She is known for her compassion. So each one of us will ask inside, We call for the presence of Kuan Yin, And feeling, Experiencing this energy of love and compassion now radiates, Vibrates through you, Around you, Loving compassion for you, For all that you are, For all that you have been, And all that you will be. Compassion and love. Yes, Your very existence is divine, Is love, Is truth. And as you breathe in, Allow your breath to carry, To sense that radiance of your truth, Of the love that you are, Your divinity, Your magnificence, Allowing a sense of compassion to be experienced in the trillions of cells of your body. What does compassion feel like? How do you experience compassion for your for your own self, For all the versions of you, For all that you have been, The compassion, Allow yourself to relax and allow, Releasing any tension, Any doubt, Any thought forms or beliefs that do not resonate. They easily and effortlessly release into this flow of energy, As you remember your radiance, Your truth. And as we feel and experience this compassion and love for ourselves, The presence of this divine love, This presence of Mother Mary is here. So let's invite her love, That pure, Unconditional love. So each one of us asking inside, We call for the presence of Mother Mary, Divine feminine, Pure love of source, Of creator of God of the universe, This love that radiates well beyond or is outside of this three-dimensional love here, This love that radiates in every cell that connects you to all of you and all there is, Every cell of your body, The trillions of cells of your body radiating love, Truth, Love filling all of the spaces within you. You are loved, You are beloved in all moments, In this moment, Releasing anything, Any doubts of that, Releasing into the flow, Allowing your awareness on your next breath, Breathing in this divine love and sensing, Experiencing it flowing through your body, Allowing it to bring balance, Harmony, Clearing, Cleansing throughout all of the systems of your body, Throughout all of you, Maybe inviting that energy to be stronger. So each one of us asking, We're calling for the energy to be stronger, If you so choose, Maybe merging with the energy of Mother Mary, Allowing her to touch your heart. And there is another divine feminine energy, A wisdom throughout the lifetimes of each one of us, And this is the presence of Isis. So let's invite her energy, We call for the energy for the presence of Isis, It is with your intention, Your invitation, That she brings her wisdom, Her magic, Her insight to you. Perhaps there is a gift, A transmission for you in this moment of truth, Of remembering, And we're breathing and relaxing, Allowing these energies to move freely, Effortlessly through your body, Around you, Experiencing every cell of your body radiating in your truth, Your magnificence, And then allowing that vibration to radiate through all of the times of this lifetime, All of the moments, Through the past, The present, And the future, All merging, All one, Knowing, Trusting, Knowing, Where you are free, You are whole, And you are sovereign, Again, Allowing any release, Any body movement that needs to happen to release any stuckness, Any shadow, Any doubt, Any thought form, As you radiate in your truth, I see you, All of you, In all moments, It is love, I love you, Bringing your awareness again to that next in breath, And allowing that breath to connect with the words, I love you, Breathing it into the body, Knowing it, Sensing it, Experiencing this love radiating in every cell of your body, Through all timelines, Past, Present, Future, All dimensions, All levels, Radiating love, Truth, You are seen as your truth, As your magnificence, In every moment, In all the moments, Even when they don't feel like love, They are love, Know, Know this to be true, And I am sensing this playfulness of the whales and the dolphins here, As we truly connect to all that we are, These energies of the whales and the dolphins just love to come and play with us, And bring their truth and their wisdom, So let's invite that flow and playfulness, So each one of us asking inside, We call for the presence of the whales, And we call for the presence of the dolphins, And we breathe, And we relax, And we allow our imagination to experience this flow of energy, This presence of whales, The dolphins, As they flow through us and around us, Bringing a lightness of being, A letting go, A surrender to the light of you, To the sound of you, To the vibration of you, Having a sense of just floating maybe through the water, Or floating through the universe, Both are vast, Imagining now that every cell of your body, The trillions of cells of your body, Are like a droplet of water in the ocean, And that water, There's so much space in the ocean, And imagining that space within your body, And that flow of energy through the body, The vastness of you, The radiance, The energy that flows through you, Connecting you to everything, And let's invite this sense of our super consciousness, Our divine self, Whatever it is that you call your connection to all there is, To creator, To God, So inviting that super consciousness, That divine self, That radiance of your truth, Inviting that radiance to flow through you, Every cell now, Knowing that truth, Knowing that connection to all there is, Allowing your imagination to experience this, Whatever that is for you, And know that you, You are safe, Know that you are worthy, Know that you are deserving. We're going to invite once more this energy of the earth again, To come up into our bodies and around us, So each one of us asking inside, We call to the energy of the earth, That connection that we have to this planet, As we radiate in all that we are, Our connection to all there is beyond this planet, That flow of energy as if through the crown of the head, Through the body, That vastness of who you are, And radiating down into the earth, All is one, Knowing that in this moment there is clearing and cleansing through your body, All of the body, Your mental body, Your emotional body, Your physical body, Your etheric body, All of you radiating in these energies, Bringing balance and harmony throughout your body, As you remember your truth, As you radiate your magnificence. I'm asking now for the energy of the crystals of the earth, So calling in this crystalline energy throughout the cells of the body, Through in the DNA of your body, So just asking inside, We're calling for the crystalline energy of the earth, Radiating to you and feeling that moving through the body, Maybe engaging in just certain areas of the body, As you relax, The energies move freely and effortlessly, Perhaps touching upon one or more of the chakras of the body, Doing a specific clearing with those crystalline energies, And bringing your awareness to the breath, Breathing into the body and feeling that breath fill the body, Filling up the physical body, And beginning to sense the weight of your body, And within that weight of the body, Also the energy flowing through you, As you reconnect to the physical weight of you, And also knowing and sensing that energy still and always running through the body, Sensing whatever's beneath you, And the energy of you, And whatever's beneath you, And then maybe gently beginning to feel the palms of the hands with the fingers, And feeling the energy radiating through them, And around you, As you slowly begin to move them within the space around you, Feeling your body and the energy of your body, Slowly and gently just beginning to stretch and move in whatever way is comfortable for you, And then when you're ready, Just very slowly and gently opening the eyes and allowing that sense of sight to also experience the energy of you, What would that look like, What could you see, If you could see the energy of you, The energy around you, And the space around you, Slowly bringing yourself back into the circle, Sitting up and taking a moment to connect with your experience, And how you feel in this moment, Acknowledging your experience, Maybe even writing it down, Thank you for your presence today, I honor you.
