You have arrived.
You can let go.
You can surrender to what your body is releasing.
Allow yourself to be held for this meditation.
You deserve to pause.
Really pause during this time.
It is a must for you right now.
Take this time to make yourself comfortable.
I encourage you to lay down and lean into the support you have around you that will bring you comfort.
Maybe you want to surround yourself with pillows,
Use a blanket to cover yourself,
Or even use a heating pad to invite warmth into your body.
I'll give you some time to do that for yourself.
Whatever you choose as support,
Allow it to hold and make space for you.
Place your hands on your belly or on your pelvic area.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and take a deep breath out through the mouth.
Allow your breath to be soft,
Deep,
And full.
As you breathe,
See if you can release any tension you may be holding on to.
Unclench,
Breathe,
Unclench,
Breathe,
Unclench,
Breathe.
As you notice tension,
Just continue to return to your breath.
During this time of the month,
You are reminded that you are a powerful,
Divine being.
You are reminded to be one with your intuition,
Your emotions,
Your feelings,
And overall wholeness.
During this time,
We withdraw to go within.
We pause to release what is no longer serving us.
What are you feeling at this moment?
Maybe bringing attention to your belly,
Your womb,
Overall pelvic area.
What are you feeling there?
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth,
Letting out a sigh.
Let it out.
Let it all out.
As you continue to breathe,
Send some breath to your womb.
If you're feeling any tension,
Any pain,
Any cramps,
Continue to send your breath to your womb or wherever you are hurting.
Shift the mindset that this time of the month,
Your period,
Your cycle,
Your menstrual cycle,
Your moon cycle,
Is a burden for you.
This time of the month has answers for you.
Answers that are waiting for you to tap into.
Speak life into your womb.
Your womb brings life into you.
And as you breathe,
If you are feeling the release of your womb,
Surrender to it.
Aid your body by taking a deep and full breath here.
In through your nose,
Breathing as full as you can,
And taking a deep,
Full breath out through your mouth,
Letting out an audible sigh.
There is no need to rush back to anything after this meditation.
Lay here and rest for as long as you need to.
