So you feel stressed?
Let's fly together.
The world may not be what it used to be,
The tempo may not be what it used to be.
Life is maybe not what you want life to be about right now.
It's ok to admit that,
It's ok to say that out loud.
We don't need to force ourselves into positive thinking if that's not what's true right now.
We are doing the best we can with what we have.
When we shift inside,
The outside will follow and it can be scary to take that responsibility because then you are in charge with your own free will.
We cannot always change in the moment what happens around us but we can become better at it and we can change our insides and the outside will often follow and feel more manageable.
So let's fly together.
We are going to look at it from above.
First,
Bring your focus into your body.
Notice yourself.
How does your body feel?
Name it.
Does your heart race?
Shallow breathing?
Feeling tense?
Overwhelmed?
What is going on here?
Good,
You've acknowledged yourself.
We are getting an idea of the state of the vehicle that we are going to fly with.
Now climb into your body.
Get into your vehicle fully.
Parts of you may still be outside of yourself so make sure you get in there fully.
You have the right to fully be in there.
This may for some sound confusing and you may wonder how do I do that?
Let's visualize.
Imagine that you are climbing into an overall with feet.
The overall is you,
Your body,
Your vehicle and the overall fits you perfectly.
We are going to make sure that your feet is placed into the feet of the overall.
So let's slide in there.
See if you need to get your feet a little further into it.
Often times we haven't really stretched ourselves that far into the feet of it or taken time to fully put it on.
So let's slide down a little bit more.
Now just making sure that our legs are where they are supposed to be.
The overall isn't twisted somehow,
It just fits the legs perfectly.
Let it align and the torso of it sits tight in a comfortable way.
The length of the arms perfectly fits where your hands start and it's made just for you.
You have the right to wear this and to be at ease.
Now take a breath deep into your belly through your nose.
Breathe in further.
One more second in and breathe out fully through your mouth.
A little bit more and one more time breathe in fully and out fully.
Accept it.
Be.
Now notice yourself as if you are looking at yourself from above.
Just notice.
Take another moment to just observe yourself.
You don't need to do anything.
You don't need to think anything about it,
Just observe yourself.
As you notice yourself looking at you from above,
Know that when we are stressed we tend to not fully be inside of the overall.
We might actually be somewhere right where we are now,
Somewhere above ourselves.
Just with the awareness that with stress we leave our body a little bit,
The overall a little bit.
We can then understand why we have the sensations that we might have with stress.
Why our body might react that way.
We are not fully home.
With the awareness that we are in charge and that we can be responsible for how we put our overall on and how well we put it on.
And by doing so we may adjust the gap between stressed and peaceful to a more sweet spot.
Take a breath now,
Deeply in through your nose,
A little more and deeply out fully.
And patience.
Look at yourself from above and move a little further away.
From above here you look a little smaller and you notice other things around you.
There's trees.
And the further away you go,
Still connected to you,
You see the trees from above also becoming smaller.
Zooming out a little bit more and you notice more little tiny dots,
Humans.
Everyone with vastly different worlds,
Different stresses,
Yet often similar responses in the body.
If you can look at it from above while still staying in your overall,
Maybe you will find a different view of it all.
What the stress might be about down there,
There may be a different solution to it from above here.
Let's stay here for a moment,
Away from the chaos of the world,
Not to escape but to collect peace,
To collect strength because it might be dense down there but it doesn't have to be when we remember.
Beautiful.
Can you also see the beauty,
The blue oceans,
The green landscapes,
The mountains,
The pure godliness running through it all,
Breathing through it all,
Even breathing through you.
The pulse of the world,
Living,
Breathing,
The sunshine,
Pulsing,
Bringing force,
Life,
Force,
Energy.
The same beat within your heart also pulses through the world.
And sometimes when we are caught up in things down there,
It's easy to get lost in it.
That's why we need to take a moment and remind ourselves what is actually true,
What does actually matter,
And bring that with us home into our overall,
Into our body,
Into our surroundings.
And we can be that anchor also for someone else when we have enough space to breathe ourselves.
Remember the beauty of things,
Breath by breath,
Remember what you love,
Remember what you rather would be doing if you could,
Remember who you truly are.
In the moments between and always and let that take larger space,
Let that grow,
Let that be what guides you,
That creation made of godly life force is what is making you breathe properly again,
Is what is making your pulse steady again.
Now soar,
Like a free bird,
Remember the power within.
You do that by surrendering,
Letting go of any fight,
Just fully relax your body,
Just let go,
Only this moment exists,
Steady,
There you go.
Keep the focus,
You got this,
And be free.
You can bring this with you wherever you go,
Whatever you experience,
This exists not only up here but also down there.
The more we bring it,
The more we remember,
The more we create it,
Working it like a muscle it becomes more of our nature,
Greater capacity to handle things.
Beautiful work,
We have now loaded up,
Filled ourselves up some more,
Regained strength,
We can now return slowly.
Seeing the trees again,
From above,
The mountains,
The oceans,
The movement of the tree crowns,
The waves in the oceans and there you are,
Brave.
Approach yourself,
Why don't you say hi,
I'm doing this,
I love you,
I got you,
I'm here,
I'm safe to feel peace,
I'm here for a reason.
Make sure that you fully land into your overall again,
Fully,
Make sure your toes touch deeply into the feet of the overall,
There you go,
Deeply,
Align into yourself,
Still with the pulsing life force within you.
You are safe here within,
May you remember your strength,
May you remember who you truly are,
May you remember your truth and live like you truly are.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
