Welcome to this guided sleep meditation called the goodnight kiss to the animal kingdom.
Let's begin in your bedroom.
Prepare your pillow,
Squeeze it tight making a fluffy dreamy pillow.
Into bed now.
Rest your head into the dreamy pillow.
Get very comfortable.
Closing one eye to sleep.
Closing the next eye to dream.
Now does your heart smile?
Just thinking of animals.
Let the eyes inside go round and round.
The world is full of animals.
They really do make us smile.
Let the eyes relax into dreaming.
And it's time to begin the goodnight kiss to the animal kingdom.
Now this is quite an adventure in itself.
Being curious which we naturally are.
The animals that in a way represent their country,
Their home where they are born and live.
And of course sleep at night after you've given them all a goodnight kiss.
So these are animals or birds that represent each nation of this vast world we all live and sleep in.
You may need some transport to get to each of them.
Such as a magical broom.
The household broom will do nicely for it's already pretty good at tidying up and making things look lovely.
So concentrate,
Think of a broom that must be in this home or perhaps in the garden.
It's time to introduce yourself by talking to it to get it's attention.
So tell the broom your name,
Now thank you.
Now tell the broom to float and to fly up into your bedroom.
Imagine winking at it.
Then it decides to talk back.
It just knows what you want.
And that is to fly tonight.
And to place a kiss goodnight on so many wonderful animals and birds from so many nations around the world.
So it scoops you up and positions you securely onto this broom.
It is a very intelligent broom and loves to have fun.
To balance out all the work it does in the daytime like you.
Well I'm from England so we better start there.

Your fun and clever broom begins to yawn and yawn,
Which means it's time for you both to sleep,
As you yourself receive the last kiss goodnight on your forehead.
Maybe you can dream well all about what has happened.
So goodnight and goodnight to you all.
