Hi!

It's Jasmine here again.

Welcome back to Little Mindfuls.

I'm so happy you've come to join me again.

Tonight,

We're going on a peaceful adventure to a calm,

Quiet beach.

The gentle waves of the ocean are going to help us feel relaxed and cozy,

Just right for bedtime.

So let's start by getting comfy.

Find a cozy spot to rest,

Maybe snuggled under your blanket or lying down in your favorite place.

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.

That's perfect.

Now close your eyes and imagine we're standing on a soft,

Sandy beach.

The sand feels warm beneath your feet and the air smells fresh,

Like the ocean breeze.

In front of us,

The ocean stretches out as far as we can see,

With gentle waves rolling in and out in a peaceful,

Soothing rhythm.

Can you hear the waves?

They're soft,

Like whispers from the ocean,

And they wash up onto the shore and gently roll back out to sea.

Each wave brings a feeling of calm,

And with every breath you take,

You feel more and more relaxed.

Now imagine you're lying down on a soft towel right by the water's edge.

The waves come close to you,

But they don't touch you,

Just close enough for you to hear their gentle sound.

The waves are your friends,

Here to help you feel safe and relaxed.

Let's take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly.

As you breathe out,

Imagine the waves carrying away any thoughts or feelings from the day.

Just like how the waves take the sand back into the ocean,

They take away any busyness from your mind,

Leaving you feeling light and free.

With every wave that comes in,

You feel a little more relaxed.

Your arms and legs are getting heavy and warm,

And your body feels as soft as the sand beneath you.

The ocean is singing a quiet,

Gentle lullaby just for you,

Helping you drift into a peaceful rest.

Now take another slow breath in and breathe out.

Can you feel how calm the ocean is?

It's like the waves are rocking you to sleep with their soft,

Steady rhythm.

And out.

Just as you are breathing in.

And out.

Imagine the waves bringing you sweet dreams,

Washing over you with a feeling of calm and love.

Each time a wave gently touches the shore,

It's reminding you that it's time to rest.

Time to let go of the day and float peacefully into sleep.

Now,

As we gently finish our time by the ocean,

Remember that these calm,

Peaceful waves are always here for you.

Anytime you need to feel safe and relaxed,

You can return to the ocean in your mind.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

You've done such a great job relaxing tonight.
