Notice as it flows in and out.
And as you follow your breath,
Gently allow it to deepen without effort.
Each inhalation and exhalation gradually becoming fuller and slower and deeper.
With each inhalation,
Breathing in a sense of peace and inner stillness.
And with each exhalation,
Releasing any places of tension or stress.
Letting go just for now of the activities of your day or of any worries or concerns and simply allow yourself to be nourished.
In this moment by your breath and the healing sounds of the harp replenished by this inner oasis of peace.
Know that even in these few moments of inner stillness,
There is deep renewal and that this sense of peace,
Of serenity and balance stays with you as you re-enter your day.
This oasis lies within you and you can tap into it at any time you need to or want to.
It is always available to you.
