Thank you so much for taking the time away from the busyness of the world to connect here back to yourself and back to humanity on a larger scale to bring peace and harmony to a world that feels increasingly fast and disharmonious at the moment.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable seated position with your legs crossed and your hands gently resting on your knees or you can do this meditation lying flat on your back in your bed or on a yoga mat.
Allow your spine to be straight but not stiff.
Allow your body to be supported by the floor or your mat or your bed.
Gently close your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in together through the nose and let it go.
Deep breath in and last one together.
Deep breath and make it your best one.
Now return to a gentle rhythmic breath and as you feel your body relax deeper and deeper into this meditation.
I want you to imagine deep inside of you in your heart space there's a gentle pendulum swinging in perfect rhythm and with each breath it moves in out.
Notice how with each inhale your pendulum swings forward and with each exhale it swings back.
Feel its weight,
Its momentum,
But also the space at the turnaround where the motion pauses for a moment.
I want you to tune in to that stillness.
In our teaching today we're tuning into the fact that everything vibrates.
Atoms,
Thoughts,
Space,
Everything is in motion.
And it's all part of a greater field.
Sense that your body,
Your breath,
Your thoughts are all small waves in this vast sea resonating with the whole.
Now with your mind's eye still on the pendulum swinging I want you to imagine the vibration expanding outward first through your body and then push it out through the room,
Then the building,
To your city,
And then on to the sky,
Across the sea.
I want you to let that healing vibration ripple out across all of the land.
Covering the entire world.
As this vibration spreads I want you to sense your connection to other beings,
People you know,
People you don't know,
The whole human family.
All are part of this resonance that you're tuning into right now and all are touched by your healing and positive vibration.
Now I want you to feel the pendulum slow.
Notice the pause at the center of its arc.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Feel that moment of stillness.
Here nothing is forced.
No motion.
It's just pure presence.
In this special place of presence invite in healing and love.
Imagine a soft light entering that still point in your heart.
It's pure,
Compassionate light.
This light heals hurt,
Physical pain,
And quiets grief.
And let that light fill every part of you that is heavy with sorrow,
Fear,
Anger.
Let it wash over every cell in your body.
Let this light embrace the pain.
Let it heal dysregulation.
Cells that aren't as healthy as they could be,
Wash over them and cleanse.
Let this light heal any sense of loss or injustice.
Let it embrace that pain.
Let it be known.
And let the light actively transform it right now.
From this still and radiant center,
I want you to envision the world as you wish it to be.
Peaceful,
Harmonious,
Where people listen,
Honor each other,
And heal together.
Picture your thoughts,
Your words,
And your actions as tiny waves of vibration.
They go outward.
Kindness,
Love,
Compassion,
Truth.
See them touching others.
Maybe a person you know,
Maybe a stranger on the street,
A neighbor,
Maybe someone far away,
Somewhere in pain right now.
Your vibration reaches them.
Heals them.
Covers them in pure,
Compassionate love.
As your light ripples over them,
I want you to say quietly in your mind,
Or out loud if you wish,
May I be peace.
May I bring peace.
May all beings know peace.
Now let's expand it further.
Repeat after me.
May all beings be free from suffering.
May love prevail.
May harmony deeply root in each heart.
If you're ready now,
Begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
Sense your breath.
You can wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Feel the weight of your body supported back in the room where you're resting.
Come back into your body now.
As you exhale,
Offer thanks for your life,
For your capacity to feel,
For this moment of connection that you just created with the entire world,
And the realization that you can create good in the world just with your energetic vibration from your very own room.
Ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
Take in the space around you.
You may notice that you still feel this resonance within you.
Feel strong right now.
Know that you can carry this with you.
From here on,
For the rest of your life.
Realize that you are more than your thoughts that come and go like clouds in the sky.
Realize how connected you are.
All the time.
Everywhere.
All at once.
To the past,
The present,
And the future.
It's all happening right now.
And you have the power to connect to the reality that you desire.
Not just for yourself,
But for the world.
And your energy can raise the vibration of the entire planet.
