This meditation is to call in the healing light and magnificent presence of Archangel Metatron.
Let us start by taking a deep breath and with every breath relaxing a little bit more,
Allowing our bodies to simply give way,
Surrender to the love and the light which is Metatron.
Focus your awareness within yourself,
Not just your body,
But your mind and your spirit,
Inviting the Archangel Metatron to assist you in clearing your body and all your chakras from anything that may stand between you and the light.
Simply relax your body,
Each chakra,
All your limbs,
Just becoming completely soft,
Gentle and relaxed.
As you become aware of a soft golden light spreading around you,
It starts first as if it's oozing out of your body.
And this comes as quite a surprise because you're looking for light external,
You're looking for light to come to you,
But this is your light,
Your magnificence,
Which you have even forgotten about.
But that Metatron is drawing out of your soul,
Drawing it out of the cell tissue so that you can experience the healing at your own hands for your body,
Mind and spirit.
As he guides this light out of you,
It creates a beautiful cloud of light,
Shimmering golden light,
Brilliant light,
That you see going up,
Up around you and blending with the crystal light coming down from the heavens.
You become aware of the Metatron's cube,
Gently,
Gently spinning above your head,
Then entering your head and spinning down along your spine.
All along your spine,
This golden light comes spinning.
As this cube spirals down along your spinal column,
You feel dense energy,
Toxins,
Anything that may block your healing or may slow down your frequency,
Bringing you to a lower space.
Becomes light,
Elevated and is released.
Simply relax as you realize that there are pockets of light being placed in areas where you have got tension,
Discomfort or pain.
Beautiful pockets of intense golden light flooding those areas of your body.
And then on the next out breath,
As you release all this toxic,
All the negative energy,
You feel yourself being lifted to a higher frequency.
Your energy becoming so pure,
So beautiful,
So healed and clear.
Thank Metatron for his presence and his assistance and bring your energy back into your body.
