How do hope and acceptance coexist? In fact the archaic meaning of hope was 'a feeling of trust'. For me hope is a feeling of trust in everything that is going on for us in our lives. I hope that this track allows you to feel acceptance and supported and perhaps a release of what might be getting in the way of these states.
