Sit or lie down in a comfortable place.

With your eyes closed,

Take a few deep breaths in 2,

4 and out 2,

Deep breath in and out.

Imagine that the sun is in front of you,

Far in the distance.

With each breath,

The sun gets closer and closer.

The sunlight gets brighter and brighter.

The light washes over your face,

Your heart,

Your body.

Feel the sun's warmth as you welcome the day.

Take a deep breath in 2,

3.

The sun's warmth fills your body with a warm glow.

Smile.

Today will be a good day.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Today will be a good day.

Welcome the sun.
