Hello and welcome to magic meditations.
I am so excited that you are here and hopefully this meditation will bring you a truly unforgettable experience of joy,
Wisdom and perhaps it will also help you discover something new about yourself.
Dettle into a chair or bed in any comfortable position and let's begin.
Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose and exhale.
Breathe in and out.
Try to feel how the air is touching your nostrils.
For a minute just sense your breath,
How it slightly tickles the skin next to your nose,
How the air is leaving the body and you feel it on your skin on the top of your upper lip.
Breathe naturally without changing your natural rhythm of the breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Continue breathing and concentrate on the sensation around your nostrils.
Imagine you are sitting in a chair in an empty small cinema room.
There is a seat just for you.
Behind you is an old vintage movie projector.
On the white screen in front of you,
The film,
Slightly creaking,
Projects the moments of your life.
You watch your mom holding you for the first time in her arms,
Nestled close to her chest.
Your eyes are closed and you just fall asleep,
Feeling completely tranquil,
Calm and secure.
Moments flash one after another and now you see your first steps,
Inquisitive but still unsteady and not skilled.
You watch how you learn to take your first steps.
It's hard for you to believe how difficult it was because it seems so easy and natural now.
Now you see yourself playing in your yard or your favorite playground with your childhood friend.
But you want to see it closer.
You get up from the chair,
Walk closer to the screen,
But it seems unreachable.
You walk and walk,
Yet you still see yourself far away,
Even farther than before until the point where you can't see anything on the screen anymore.
You look around and suddenly realize that you are standing exactly in the space that you saw on the screen,
That place of your childhood and now you are there.
With your feet,
You can feel the surface of this place.
You can smell the same smells that you used to smell a long time ago.
You can see all the colors and the details of how it used to be.
It all feels so wonderful to be back in this place,
Exactly how you remember it from when you were a child.
You look around and you see a child version of yourself playing,
Coming towards you.
Who are you?
The tiny and curious voice of a child asks you.
What would you answer?
Have you ever wondered who you really are?
And what really is I am?
So easy to think of I am as our body boundaries,
Our title,
Our achievements or our memories.
What if the definition of I is bigger?
What if it's wider than you'd ever imagine it to be?
Start to feel it become windy.
The wind becomes more and more intense and it blows so strongly that the tiny piece of your environment starts to slowly fly away,
Leaving dark dots at the places where something was,
As if it were made of sand and every grain of sand starts to blow away with the wind.
You look at the ground under your feet,
Child in front of you.
All of the details start to disappear grain by grain.
You look at your hands and they start to fly away too until you are surrounded by complete darkness.
How do you feel right now?
Being in absolute darkness,
Ultimate nowhere,
Where everything and nothing exist.
Who are you there?
When you got up this morning,
Did you remember how you felt?
How do you feel right now?
Your body,
Your mood,
Your setting around you,
Changing constantly all the time.
When you were a child,
You felt differently than you do right now.
In this complete darkness,
Without any particular shape,
Can you experience,
Can you feel it right now that you are bigger than anything on the planet?
What if you are everything around?
What if all people on the planet Earth are connected?
What if you are the missing element of the puzzle,
This missing piece of the overall picture of life?
In this complete darkness,
You all of a sudden see a tiny little light.
Just like the first star lit up in the night sky,
Many stars around you begin to pop up,
Forming a view of a magnificent starry sky with big,
Bright shining planets in the Milky Way as close as you have ever seen it before.
You realize that you,
Too,
Are shining and sharing your light with others around you.
We are all made of stardust.
It sounds like a line from a poem,
But there is some solid science behind this statement.
For almost every element on this Earth was formed at the heart of a star.
So yes,
It's official.
You are the part of the universe.
Our life,
Our day is like a kaleidoscope of endless sensations,
Feelings and journeys which never end.
Would you allow yourself this beautiful dance with time and matter?
Just to enjoy the present moment rather than reaching the destination,
Would you accept the idea that you are bigger than your body boundaries and greater than what you see in the mirror?
You look carefully at the stars around you and suddenly see that there are no stars anymore.
In fact,
It seems like there are candles twinkling in the dark.
You feel as if you are lying on a boat and a stream of water is carrying it forward,
Slightly lulling.
You feel the waves move the boat slightly back and forth like a caring parent swaying you in their loving arms.
You float past thousands of lights,
A million candles flickering in the night and illuminating your path.
Your journey to eliminate your boundaries,
To free your mind and soul has begun.
Now,
For the next few days,
Try to see your present,
Your anticipated future and your treasured past and evaluate your actions from the perspective that your physical body is not a true boundary of you.
That you are truly bigger than what you think you really are.
You are literally everything.
Thank you for being here with me today and I look forward to you coming back for the next step in your life's journey.
