To find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed,
Take a couple of deep breaths.
Just allow the mind and body to relax naturally.
Just keeping your attention on the breath for now.
And if at any point you do get distracted,
Just bring your attention back to the exercise.
Now visualize yourself standing in a vast and barren landscape.
As you walk through this desolate terrain,
You come across a figure lying on the ground,
With ten swords piercing their back.
As you get closer,
You see that this figure represents a part of yourself that has been wounded or hurt in some way.
Approach the figure and observe the swords in their back.
Each sword represents a pain,
Fear,
Or trauma that has impacted you in the past.
Take a moment to reflect on the significance of these swords and how they have affected you.
Now imagine yourself taking hold of each sword one by one and removing it from the figure's back.
As you remove each sword,
Visualize the release and healing of the pain,
Fear,
Or trauma associated with it.
Allow yourself to feel the weight of each sword lift from the figure's back and from your own mind.
As you remove the final sword,
Observe how the figure on the ground transforms into a new form.
This new form symbolizes the release of the past and the emergence of a new phase in your life.
Take a moment to observe and experience this new form.
Take a moment to reflect on the significance of the transformation that has taken place.
As you bid farewell to the figure,
Express gratitude for the experience and the wisdom gained.
Allow the energy and insights gained to stay with you as you go about your daily life.
So just bring your attention back to the room now,
Noticing any sounds,
Sensations,
Taking a deep breath and opening your eyes in your own time.
