Today we're going to be focusing on our sacral chakra.
This is the energy center that lies in our lower abdomen.
And it is from this place that we bring life into the world.
This is where our sexual force lies.
This is our life energy.
So this is a powerful,
Powerful center.
I invite you to close your eyes.
Today we're going to harness our innate power to bring forth life.
We are all creators.
And this power of creation was bestowed upon each and every one of us.
This human life with spirit.
Spirit works with us.
Your desires are defined downloads into reality,
Into this existence.
Take a breath and let that truth sink into your body.
A deep desire that you wish to bring into your reality.
Sitting in this desire,
Sitting in this desire.
This is you.
This desire was given to you from spirit.
You can release a sound when you exhale.
And give life to every cell in your body.
Staying in this vibration,
You can slowly,
Slowly staying with this frequency.
