Welcome to this meditation.
I am glad to be here with you again.
I want to invite you to sit down or lay down as you prefer.
And scan your body to see if you can relax a little bit more.
If there is any tension in your body,
Just focus your attention in this point and tell it to relax.
Observe your surroundings.
Close your eyes if you wish.
With your eyes closed,
Turn your eyes to your third eye,
Like you are looking to the center of your eyebrows.
Be aware of your body,
Of the space you are sharing with everything else and everybody else that is close to you.
Be aware of the temperature of the room,
Be aware of the sounds.
Do not go grab the sounds.
Bring your hearing,
Bring your ears back to your physical body.
Just be a recipient,
Not a chaser,
Not a go-getter.
Now it is time to surrender.
It is time just to be,
Just to be and stay.
Now it is time to experience this stillness.
Now it is time to experience this stillness of your physical body and of your mind.
It is time to do nothing.
Just be.
Just be pure awareness.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold for a few moments and let it go.
We will do that two more times and when you let go,
Let your body relax even more.
If you are sitting down,
You must be aware that you can relax,
Holding your body up and straight.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Now pay attention to your breathing.
Do not interfere in it.
Don't try to change it.
Don't try to control.
You are just watching.
Watching your breathing.
Be aware of this sacred moment that you finally get together with your soul.
Enjoy it.
Let it go.
If your attention,
If your mind goes wandering,
If your mind goes away from your body again,
Gently bring it back.
With your breathing,
Take a deep breath.
I am here.
Take another deep breath.
I am here.
Let's have a little chat with our souls.
