Harmony & Peace - A Practical Prayer

This practical prayer is for harmony and peace.

The words are in the first person,

And I invite you to take them for yourself,

Also in the first person.

There is only love.

Everything is part of this one love,

Showing up as something new,

And different,

And original.

Yet the truth is that there is only the One.

This means that everything I am is this one love.

Everything I experience is also this one love.

I am fundamentally connected to everything through and as this universe of love.

I live in peace,

Relaxing into the knowledge that every aspect of this oneness exists in perfect harmony with all the rest of creation.

Anything that appears or feels to me to be less than this perfect peace,

This infinite love,

This divine harmony,

Is a shadow that falsely blocks the truth.

I now allow it to disappear into the nothingness from which it came.

I turn my attention once more to the love,

The harmony,

And the peace which are the foundation of all.

This is a deep and profound peace,

And I open myself to it in this situation and at all times.

My life is blessed by this awareness,

And I am deeply grateful to relax into this space of peace.

I release this now,

Knowing without doubt that it is the truth.

And so it is.
