Certainty is rare. It's fleeting. Most of life, if we're honest, is lived without knowing exactly what's coming next, whether that's a decision, a relationship, or where life is headed. This guided meditation doesn't try to fix or escape uncertainty. Instead, it offers a practice in becoming comfortable inside it. We begin with rectangle breath, a steady four-count pattern that settles the nervous system, then locate where uncertainty tends to live in the body, and gently unwind around it. From there, we move into a reframe: uncertainty is not the exception to a normal life, it is the actual texture of most of it, and you have already lived through far more of it than you realize. We close by resting in the felt sense of being guided and supported, even in the parts we cannot yet see. A calming practice for anyone navigating a decision, a transition, or simply a season of not knowing.
