The Magical Beach Journey

You find yourself on the shore of a most beautiful and serene beach in a land you couldn't put on a map if you tried.

You don't quite know how you ended up there.

Whether this is a dream or reality,

You're not all certain as you sit on the soft white sand at the edge of the shore and look out over a blue and turquoise water that is almost without movement.

You can see it is peaceful,

Clean and not particularly deep.

At once you desire to walk a little into these shallow waters and notice that the temperature is ever so comfortable.

You feel a lightness throughout your body and a unity with the water in a way you have never known before.

You're confident that here in this little paradise,

Nothing can harm you.

You feel that what you're about to experience is going to be something that you can take with you for the rest of your life as a gift that you can return to again and again.

With the sun in the sky and the clear water as far as the eye can see,

You begin to notice a whale shark.

It swims slowly towards you.

When he's right by your side,

He offers you a swim on his back without uttering a word.

This is an internal communication that is taking place.

You quickly notice that you can easily both see and breathe underwater as well as above water.

You lie down on your stomach on top of this majestic large creature with a lovely dotted pattern.

It is completely quiet under the water and you feel a peace and tranquility that you've never experienced before.

You're one with both the sunny skies,

The sea,

And the whale shark.

On the journey out,

You're noticing small vibrant fish in all varieties,

Patterns,

And colors dancing around you on their way in and out of the most glorious corals.

The calm whale shark tells you that you will soon be arriving at your destination and in front of you,

You see that it starts to sparkle in what looks like a clear glass circle.

The whale shark stops and you can clearly see that it is a glass door with a mermaid on the other side.

The whale shark promises that if you need a ride back,

Just call him in your mind.

The mermaid beckons you kindly behind the door,

But it is no ordinary door.

You just swim right through it as if it wasn't there at all,

And you enter a magical underwater paradise.

Down here it is bright,

Comfortable,

And invitingly pleasant.

The first room you come to is furnished as a small round living room where everything is in white.

She asks you to sit or lie down on the big curved sofa.

She tells you that she knows you were brought to her because something is weighing you down.

She says that you don't have to tell or explain to her what it is,

But gives you the opportunity to hold a polished amethyst and says,

When you hold it in your right hand,

She will know all your joys and sorrows over your entire life's course.

And in that way,

She can help you to lighten any difficult burden.

You pick up this smooth,

Oval,

And dazzling stone,

And at once,

Time and the world stand still.

You are weightless,

And an enormous feeling of love ripples over you.

In this moment,

You are able to reunite all your loved ones.

Even the ones you hold so dear but thought were gone forever,

Now they are here as a warm and colorful musical hug.

Everything that has been painful and difficult is in a way lifted up to the surface of your skin.

All the thoughts you have struggled with,

All the pain in the body,

Now lies on the surface.

The mermaid understands this on a deep level,

And she takes out a silky,

Soft little brush with a handle of gold.

The brush has the most exquisite colors imaginable,

And she begins to sweep it over your skin.

She starts at the bottom of your feet,

And sweeps the soft brush slowly over the ankles,

The calves,

The knees,

The thighs,

The hips,

The stomach,

The chest,

The arms,

The legs,

The arms,

The cheeks,

The ears,

The nose,

The eyelids.

It sweeps between the eyebrows and the forehead,

Up towards the top of the head,

Then swirling down the body again and carefully over the hand with a sparkling amethyst,

And brushing away eternally what has been weighing you down,

And in a soft and methodical way you let go of everything you wanted to get rid of.

The energy in the room is so beautiful,

Especially around you where you are resting.

The mermaid carefully takes the stone out of your hand and lets it float weightlessly above you for a while,

Until the stone gradually transforms into a white,

Oval,

Soft,

And luminous selenite stone.

She places the stone in your left hand,

Tells you that this is the hand that is made to receive,

And that it is now up to you to call forth the things in your life that you desire most of all.

Nothing is out of bounds.

This stone is magical,

And what you want to receive will be yours,

Be it here or in another sphere.

It is not important to find the right words,

A greater knowing and certainty is already there.

Take the time you need,

She says,

And promises that the stone is yours to keep evermore.

You can use it at any time of your desire.

You feel that you are relaxing,

You feel safe and happy.

Your wishes find their way,

Little by little.

When you feel ready,

The mermaid is there and invites you onward.

She takes you by the hand and swims up to another door that leads to the world's most alluring and intimate garden.

You feel free and light here,

And you start taking in all the impressions.

So much glorious light comes from above.

Again,

She confirms that you must take the time you need,

And reveals a secret opening among the trees to the right of the garden,

That only the two of you know about.

All you have to do is touch the blue pot with the enchanted floral tree in it.

Then you will immediately know the way back to the beach.

She gives you all the instructions you need.

You say goodbye to each other.

Should you have a desire to come back,

You just have to come,

She says.

You share a warm embrace,

And suddenly you are alone in the garden.

You hear birds chirping,

And it smells so incredibly fresh and wonderful.

You stay there for quite a while,

And become familiar with this idyllic spot.

Now your insides are filled with peace and love as you move towards the blue pot.

When you touch it,

The trees give away,

And a slender opening appears,

And you begin to feel sand between your toes.

You look to the right and notice a small sandy path that leads back to the beach where you sat before the experience.

You know you can call the whale shark anytime,

But the sand between your toes feels so extraordinary.

You choose to walk back,

And slowly but surely you are back where you started.

You sit down again on the sandy beach,

And look out over the turquoise blue water.

You reflect on the experience you just had.

A tranquil breeze graces your skin.

You are filled with love,

Peace,

Harmony,

Happiness,

And serenity.

All is well.

It always will be.
