Welcome to this practice of yoga nidra for center.
Practice of your Anidhara to bring you home.
To your center.
Here now.
Where you don't have any work to do here.
There's no work.
This is not your workplace.
This is a resting space.
And there's no work to be done.
In fact,
There's nothing at all to do.
For these next many moments.
Just to be here is enough.
There are no to-do lists.
To tackle.
There are no to-do lists here,
In fact you don't even need to think about the to-do lists.
Imagine those.
Being set aside outside of this circle,
Outside of this room,
Where you are.
And there is no social media here.
There's no.
.
.
We need to perform.
Or to present anything.
Nor do you need to.
.
.
Peek into the lives of others here.
So just to be here in your own inner world.
It's enough.
To be here is enough.
No social media is present here and now to pull you away from resting.
To pull you away from your center.
And there's no decisions to be made or thinking at all.
You don't need to plan your.
Working career or your next profession.
So how would it be to just imagine that resting?
And emptying.
We're a way of nourishing.
Things to manifest just as they should unfolding in your life.
By resting.
By just being here.
There are no practical tasks to accomplish.
No dishwashers to be emptied or loaded.
No machines beeping at you.
To hang laundry or shift it to the other drying machine.
So just here.
You listen.
Little spaces between the sounds where it's quiet.
No beeping.
No notifications here.
Did it work?
No expectations.
Nothing at all is required of you here.
You don't need to pay attention to my voice.
Just to know that there's a voice is enough.
You don't have to keep your eyes open.
You don't have to be still.
You don't need to do anything.
Nothing is required or expected of you here.
So just to be here.
There's no.
.
.
Nothing to be validated.
Nothing at all to be validated.
Are measured.
Because all of you is welcome here.
Every part of you is welcome here to rest.
Every part of you,
The whole of you is welcome.
To simply be.
And there's very little stimulation.
In fact,
There can be none if you choose.
There's my voice,
The voice of the handpan,
And sometimes there's sounds from the water pipes of the building.
Or sounds out in the street,
But within this space,
Within these walls.
You're safe.
Just be.
And how would it be to let your ears open to hear both sounds in quiet?
The sounds within the room.
And the sounds outside of the room.
Just to receive sounds,
Not to strain or label.
To notice openly.
And then an invitation.
For a wordless minute.
Where the outwards listening can gently shift inwards.
Welcoming whatever arises from your inner world.
And an inner listening.
If it supports you to take your inner listening to a landmark of the body.
A space or a place where you feel you can connect with your intuition or your inner voice.
That is welcome.
One minute without words.
For inner listening.
I'm letting that minute go.
On their invitation.
To take conscious awareness around the body.
How would it be to imagine the whole inner landscape?
Of the body like a dark night sky.
Of a starless,
Dark,
Light sky.
And so your awareness could take on the form of tiny little stars.
Shining and twinkling.
And to set a star there in between the space of the eyebrows and a bright star to shine out from the base of the throat.
Between the collarbones and start into the right shoulder joint and the right elbow.
A star on the right wrist.
Start to the tip of the right thumb.
Index finger.
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
And little finger.
All right hand fingers shining with starlight.
Come back through the wrist,
Elbow.
Shoulder to the base of the throat.
Star shining.
Relax.
Shoulder.
Left elbow and wrists.
And the tip of the left thumb with the little star.
Index finger.
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
And little finger.
All the left hand fingers.
Shining with starlight.
Come back through the wrists,
Elbow,
Shoulder,
Base of the throat.
Down to the center of the heart space,
The center of the chest.
Beautiful star into the left lung,
Then back through the space of the heart.
A star into the center of the right lung.
Back to the heart.
Center behind the navel in the very heart of the belly.
Star into the very heart of the pelvis,
Behind the pubic bones.
Bright star shining out from the right hip,
The right knee and the ankle.
Now to the tips of the toes on the right foot,
The big toe.
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And the fifth little toe.
All right toes shining with starlight.
Come back to the right wrist,
Sorry,
Ankle,
The knee,
And the hip.
And the center of the pelvis.
Star shining out from the left.
Hip joint and knee.
Ankle.
Tip of the big toe.
Second toe.
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And the fifth little toe.
All the left toes shining with me.
Starlight.
Back to the left ankle,
The knee.
Yep,
And the heart of the pelvis.
Up to the star behind the navel.
And the star in the center of the chest.
Up to the star at the base of the throat.
In the eyebrow center,
This whole body.
Whole body like a beautiful constellation of stars in a night sky.
This whole body,
A unique constellation.
The only one of its kind.
Constellation of stars,
This body,
The only one.
Of its kind.
No other one like it in the whole universe.
And to become aware of the breath,
To remember.
Breathing you.
Without any effort.
The ease of this breath.
Breathing you.
Remembering is.
It's like just remembering the breath grows confidence.
That word confidence meaning confided with trust.
Trust in this steady breath.
Growing that confidence,
That trust from the inside out.
By simply witnessing.
The breath breathing you.
I'm quiet.
Pocket of quiet within your practice to nourish you.
To allow whatever arises,
Arise.
Open to whatever arises from your own practice today.
Like a way of remembering from the inside.
Way of remembering the self.
I'm quiet to let go into.
Letting go into the quiet.
Being held by the quiet.
Remembering of this earth holding the body and the space around.
Holding.
Earth and space.
The body that connects earth and sky.
And welcoming joy to arise.
Space for anything that shall arise,
Whether that be image,
Experience,
Sensation.
Open to what arises from this practice.
In a minute to come back to inner listening.
And return to inner listening.
And to slowly come back.
With the support of your breath.
Inhale a little deeper into the body.
Each inhale,
Fold.
Of more wakefulness and more energy as you gently come back from this resting practice.
Remembering.
As you come back.
Remembering a bit of gratitude.
So thankful for all the things that lined up.
Just trying.
For you to be able to rest.
And to practice resting.
All of the things that lined up just right.
For this to be possible.
How would it be?
To welcome that gratitude.
Both inwardly and outwardly.
Towards self.
As an act of self-love.
And outwardly.
As a way of honoring.
All the love around you.
Inwards and outwards,
Gratitude.
People,
Places,
Things.
That made this possible.
Including yourself.
This practice of rests helping you to restore,
To come back home to yourself.
From your life that's full.
It's so full.
Of so many things.
Caring for others.
Life's challenges.
That you've made the time to come back home.
To yourself.
Through rest.
So thankful for that.
Thank you for coming.
A little noise.
That it's all okay.
It's okay right now.
And it will be okay.
And it is all okay.
Isn't good and it isn't bad,
It's just okay.
To welcome.
As you start to move your body a little bigger,
Bigger movements and maybe a stretch and a yawn and knowing that your sounds are welcome.
As you awaken from your practice.
Rested,
At home,
And ready.
Before.
The real practice of yoga which is the yoga of As you go forward from your rest practice,
